I am very happy with my new shark
I am very happy with my new shark . It dose everything I want it to do . I have a bulldog who leaves his hair everywhere and the shark is brilliant for picking it all up . Love how you can take it off the main body for doing the stairs.

Very disappointed with the appliance.
I bought it because it supposedly had different settings for various floor coverings and I required something that can be used on thick carpets which it claims it can.
It now sits in the cupboard unable to be used.
It is simply to heavy and cumbersome to be used on carpeted floors even on the correct setting. The suction makes it almost impossible to move.
An absolute waste of money.

Really good suction and anti hair wrap is beneficial. A little heavy but once used as a separate device and weight distributed it’s really easy to use.

Second purchase.
I bought a shark vaccum cleaner 3 years ago for my holiday home. It's light, easy to manoeuvre and vaccumes really well. Several members of my family now have shark upright vaccum cleaners and they love them. This latest purchase was for my home. Highly recommended to family and friends.

Excellent product
We have had a Shark Cordless vacuum for years and just replaced it with a corded, Shark upright - model NZ850UKT - which is fantastic. A little heavy after using a cordless but really powerful and picks up so much more dog hair, etc than the cordless one ever did. Thoroughly recommend getting one.

Shark Powered Lift Away
I have had a number of shark vacuum cleaners and they are absolutely fantastic. Have just upgraded to a duo clean model.
It cleans fantastically well and the results are fantastic. Buying direct from Shark was a great value way of getting the model I wanted and it was next day delivery.

It cleans very well and using it as a handheld or powerhead with bin off works. Two issues, the flexible hose is not very flexible or long so the powerhead drags it along, and when used as an upright it feels top-heavy and not very maneuverable. Maybe the XL head would work better, but then it will be heavier.
