New shark
I purchased a shark 2019.it us lovely. My daughters vacuum broke a couple of months ago .So I gave her my Shark .and bought a new one .And in a couple of years it has got even better .I recommend this product.

Been using dyson for years, thought I was cleaning up…. On first use of the shark I couldn’t believe just how much pet hair and dust had been left behind… the shark is so much more powerful with great suction.

Fantastic vacuum
Fantastic vacuum, awesome suction. Had dyson animal cordless previously, can't believe how much more dog hair this model collects. Although a little on the heavy side, I don't care far outweighs the benefits. Brilliant product highly recommend.

Powerful Vacuum that cleans well
Powerful Vacuum that cleans well. Added light is a bonus when cleaning under beds etc . Easy to empty waste and long cord is useful from cleaning the whole house from one plug socket

I bought the Shark lift away to replace my Dyson, it is so light and easy to do the stairs. I used my Dyson to vacuum carpet prior to Shark being delivered, I used the Shark the next day and was shocked at the amount it picked up that was left behind by my Dyson

Vacuum cleaner broke and aftercare slow
Vacuum cleaner broke after only around 12 months of use, Shark agreed to replace under warranty which is great. However, they insisted we had to send the old vacuum back to them first, which they managed to arrange collection of within a couple of days. But 2 weeks later and we still haven’t received the replacement, I’ve had to buy another vacuum in place of it. What’s the point in charging a couple of hundred quid for a vacuum that easily breaks, and then to also hit you with rubbish aftercare!

Excellent suction but quite heavy
Excellent suction but quite heavy. Tips over easily when using the hose and attachments.
Only the nozzle seems to fit on the body of the cleaner not the stair attachment. Hose not long enough to reach to top of stairs
