I would love to give a review of the product but to date I have yet to receive it, a week after the confirmation of my order.

Excellent service the vacuum cleaner does as I says very powerful suction

I can't leave a review for the vacuum as I never received it from the delivery company and now have no idea whether I'm going to receive it or not as no communication from either company

I'm happy with my shark cleaner it's very strong silent and functional I don't regret having bought

Great suction and generally a good machine. The dust is separated from the filters , which is a plus. It is a bit heavy and doesn't go under the sofas but picks up pet hairs really well. There doesn't appear to be enough docking points for the accessories.

A great vacuum cleaner with fantastic suction. I love the car cleaning tools that came with it . The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because I found the different attachments a bit difficult to get on and off . If you had arthritis this is not the vacuum for you .

This cleaner is exceptionally good quality and functions really well, but It was way too heavy for me to lift or manouver particular with the swiveling head. I'm not elderly or disabled, and I doubt I'll get another that cleans as well well as this one. I was very sad to return it.

Great product! Love it!

Good in cleaning however very poor in maneuver. It is probably because of weight of the collector jar. It ends up in lifting it to low it to reach at difficult places. Another issue is with its heavy handle for cleaning cobwebs etc. Its hose is bit inflexible and heavy to clean entire room without hurting your arms.

From ordering to delivery - a couple of days later, we were very happy with the service provided by Shark. We have only had our 'Upright Plus' for a week, but we are delighted with it - suction is excellent on our carpets particularly, our hard flooring and when we use it as a hand held for the car. No hesitation in recommending it.

Brilliant product better than any hoover I had in the past.i even bought my daughter one so that says it all.would never use any other make.excellent all over and next day delivery which is great.

I'm happy with my new shark, I've been thinking about buying one for ages, I do find it's heavy, it could do with a clip of some sort to help hold the flex up away from the floor to avoid accidental damage, the suction is brilliant, I do feel the house is clean once I've finished, I also feel I've had a complete workout.

These hoovers are simply the best & we wouldn’t use any other brand

Excellent product picks up amazingly too, a little on to he heavy side to push on plush pile carpets but otherwise brill. Will recommend highly

I bought a corded upright with hair wrap technology!
It is light weight. Has a good suction but the anti hair wrap is not very good. I still have to cut away hair after a couple of cleans. I have 2 pets which do malt and overall a good clean, just not the Hair Wrap technology. Would not buy for this feature again
