Love this new hoover. Previously had only Dyson hoovers but think I’m definitely a convert now. Only drawback is the size of the dust collection which means possibly emptying a couple times for larger rooms especially with wool carpets but it’s not really a negative.

Great suction, a little in the heavy side when used in upright mode. Tend to use it in carry mode more to get around this weight issue. Great for hoovering under beds and furniture with the rotatating bristles. Shame only 2 locations to store 3 attachment accessories.

Really pleased with the suction but it’s heavy to move around.

Fantastic at picking up pet hair. Really good suction. Far too heavy making it difficult to manoeuvre. Handle/hose is far too long and needs to be adjustable. Length of hose adds to the lack of manoeuvrability. I had a painful shoulder next day after a standard hoover time. How much hoovering have the designers actually done? Overall it’s a good hoover just needs to be tweaked.

Easy to empty. Love the light! 3 settings on the handle to flip between hard floor and rugs or deep pile carpet. Does a great job on pet hair. Very happy so far.

We have a cordless version and absolutely love it. Decided to donate to my daughter as her old one wasn't working! Looked at Shark obviously and decided on a plug in one. I thought the cordless one was good but the 2021 updated version simply knocks your socks off!!!!!

Awesome! We had a good quality hoover before but this one picks up dirt we didn't know we even had! Good going round corners, easy to use extentions without having to change multiple tubes and nozzles. A must buy.

Absolutely love my Shark hoover it's my first one and I won't be going back to any other make because it has to be the best hoover I have ever purchased and I have has a lot of Hoover's of the years. I have a family of five plus a messy beagle so I hoover twice daily and this hoover seems to be keeping up with the pace and picks up no problem atall. I would definitely recommend this hoover to everyone.

It's very heavy and awkward to use as it goes off too the the left when maneuvering I would not recommend this hoover to anyone.
