I was very impressed by the result when I used Shark the first time as the dirt that was extracted gave me an eye opener as I thought my carpets were clean. The only downside of the shark that it is a bit heavy to push over carpets.

First time used found it hard work, then realised what I was doing wrong which made it so much easier.
Brilliant machine what more can I say

Loads of power I see on some reviews they say it’s heavy but I think they must be comparing to a cordless stick Hoover it’s no heavier than most corded hoovers

Really good I bought what is supposedly the best bag less hoover last year the Shark is much better.

After having it for just over 2 weeks it broke sulphur burning smell and not working.

Brilliant hoover with terrific suction power, great for hard floors and carpets. And work well on stairs.

It’s a good product as an upright vacuum but not so good using the hose, it’s just awkward and bulky, hard to manoeuvre even when getting in awkward corners. Suction power is good and alternating modes for laminate and carpet is a nice plus. The true pet kit that came with it is a bit substandard, found the brushes aren’t lifting as well as my dyson animal. It also states 60 minute run time on the box, charged the battery fully before use and average run time is actually 20 mins. Although good, I feel that this is a money pit of a product. Highly reccomend just getting the corded. (And get the car kit!)

Bought to replace aged Dyson. Positives are, build quality, adaptability, (makes stairs a doddle), lights floor up, picks up great and that includes dog hairs
Negatives - no edge cleaning, dust collecting box is tiny so needs frequent emptying. Buying page said it included a double up of the car detailing kit but as yet nothing.

Ordered and delivered the following day, and kept me informed of when delivery would be.

So far happy with purchase. Time will tell. Our old dyson DCO4 and replacing the hose, it was time to replace.
We looked at the Dyson, but in the end opted for the shark, a new model bought directly from Shark, with either the car kit or the pet hair fitting , and at a good price direct.
Up to now it’s suction is so good, it’s difficult for my partner to move, but that said, it really does pick up what the Dustin left behind, because it sucks more, it’s harder to move. But in my view better. Time will tell , but am pleased we bought it. If I had any negatives, it would be that I would prefer a wider head on the cleaner.

Best hoover I’ve ever had, can’t believe what it picks up compared to my old Dyson. The air doesn’t feel dusty after hoovering like some vacuums do.

912 upright cleaner is great, does what it says on the tin …. Much better suction than my old Dyson and hair cutter is great as does not get caught up. Amazing how much mess was in our apparently clean carpets. Plus it actually cleans hard floors unlike my old machine. One this to watch is the machine is a little unstable when working with the vacuum hose and can fall over as it is light. May be best to hold the lift away base

Impressed with the ease of ordering, the speed of delivery. Packaged well and easy to follow instructions. Have used it a few times so far and very happy so far.

Found this cleaner to be very effective but it is very heavy and doesn’t manoeuvre easily like the Dysons do.
