Great service

Being a nationwide skip broker, it can be difficult to find depots that provide truly impeccable service but Sharp Skips never fail to deliver. Their service is consistently quick, reliable, and efficient. Every time I book a job with them, I know it will be handled properly from start to finish. They often manage same-day deliveries at impressive speed, which makes a huge difference for my customers. I only wish I could use them across the whole country, but for all my London and Essex jobs, Sharp Skips will ALWAYS be my go to!!

Very happy with booking and delivery service. Driver rang to confirm early morning delivery time and moved skip upon request to ensure it was in my preferred position.

They delivered the skip on the day they said they would and picked it up on time too. Excellent service would highly recommend

As always Great service from a very reliable company, requested an early drop and they didn't disappoint.
Driver was helpful in dropping skip and picking up.

Used them 4 times first and third time they mentioned no gas bottles mattresses tyres fridges freezers, which we adhered to.
After the 4th visit I get a email saying they are charging me £60.00 for skipping a sofa bed no one mentioned no beds or sofa beds.
So last time will be using them.

Used Sharps skips 5 times recently. Each time turned up on time and collected when it was convenient for me. One or two of the skips had seen better days, one had holes in it, but appropriately position items sorted it.

Quick, efficient and reliable. I needed a specific skip last minute, Sharp skips were reasonably priced. The communication was good with the delivery drivers too.

At first the team were fast efficient and helpful. We ordered a skip and payed in full in the morning and it was there by lunch time . we were emptying the loft of our 92 years old mother who wanted it done and sharps was informed of this. when the skip driver turned up very helpful but then informed us it was an extra £100 for an armchair and £100 for a mattress. I phoned the office to find out why we were not informed of this and was told that we were. I told them they are wrong and listen to the tape recording to witch they did they admitted they were wrong but would not take the items unless we paid the extra. would not use this firm again

I have been using Sharp Skips for 20 years now. They have never let me down. the staff in the office are friendly when booking and the drivers are amazing - always so helpful. All at a very competitive price. Can’t fault them!

Skip ordered but no confirmation email received. Called them about this and was told there was some issue with the computers and orders not processed fully, and resultant emails not sent properly. Confirmed the skip was ordered. Was told email would be sent. Not received.
Turned up on time and when collected got a call from them saying additional charge due as I had put furniture into the skip. Challenged this but was told it was in the T's & C's. Explained that I had not had sight of these as had not received the confirmation email for the order. Received a half hearted apology but left with no option but to pay the extra charge otherwise the skip wouldn't be taken. Certainly will not use them again.

Been using them for a while now delivery’s and collections always spot on lovely office staff and helpful drivers always go above and beyond no company comes close and used a few skip firms
