High Quality Shaver & Products

These products are really high quality & makes you realise that many other companies are not giving you a topnotch experience. Unfortunately I needed to cancel due to financial reasons but I definitely would recommend. Ruhama was also very helpful in this process.

I’ve been a customer of Shavekit for…

I’ve been a customer of Shavekit for many years. I have noticed, over time, especially recently, that the blades have become poor quality where they go blunt faster. Even after the second shave.

I am saddened by this because I have always been a big fan of theirs.

Free Trial Was Great

I've tried the free trial and the products are great I would highly recommend. I personally don't see the value in receiving lots of new razor blades on a subscription but I would consider swapping them out every 3 months. Quality is great and good shaving.

hard to deal with people who are by definition resistant

have tried & failed to cancel this subscription a number of times over last 2 years - the website only offers the option to delay, or to call their 0207 landline & attempt to justify reason for cancellation with their no doubt zealous staff.
Regardless of whether it's value-for-money or not (i found the 'added products' poor value & ineffective), I think it is exceedingly questionable policy to only allow cancellations by fone - for someone who has suffered brain-damage thru multiple seizure & stroke events, it is very hard to deal with people who are by definition resistant to yr stated objective - and I can't but wonder what on earth their justification for this shonky practice. My guess is that they are counting on being able to apply sufficient pressure over the phone to stop cancellations - having worked extensively in sales & marketing, I've witnessed such poor practice before, which is why I CANCELLED BY EMAIL, and will not be returning under any circumstances - my local supermarket has better value options & is significantly less stressful.

An excellent range of shaving products

This range gives an excellent shave. The shaving cream doesn't dry the skin on the way that other such creams do. Re-orders can be spaced as needed. Interaction with the service centre is always speedy and efficient.

After trying a few different mail order providers, Shavekit have always provided the goods in quality, convenience and price. Truly flexible with delivery options too, not locked in to long subscriptions that you can't get out of.

The products are amazing

The products are amazing. I was really surprised by how effective the razors are and the shave cream is pleasant smelling. The items always come well-packaged. I like the cork handles - less plastic has to be good, right?
Having received three months’ worth of deliveries though I decided to stop my subscription because I don’t have space for surplus stock and I rang the number and spoke with Ruhama; she was really helpful, friendly and efficient.
I will definitely recommend the products and will buy again in the future when stocks run low.

Great products, great service!

After being extremely disappointed by the rubbish quality and horrendously expensive price of my previous razor supplies (Starts with G!) I gave Shavekit a shot and I've not been disappointed with their products, service and after-sales customer relations. The blades still give a close shave after a week of daily use- you can't say more. Nice to see a company and product that live up to expectations!

Good ethics with Shavekit

Good ethics with Shavekit and my experience has been really positive in last couple of years. Products are really good and help my slightly sensitive skin, and the blades last well. Cork Handles? What could be better! Good communication too in my view.

SCAMERS AVOID

Scamers
Order a trial kit but then charged me £30 for subscription. I contacted them for a refund , sent the sealed packet back just to be returned back to me 2 weeks later. Try to contact them again and just been past over from one department to another and after a while they stopped answering. So no refund and being stuck with shit products that I don't want. SCAMERS!!! AVOID

That's not right, we emailed you (the same person, not different departments) to say we've offered to extend the returns window. (As your return is outside of returns policy by several months).

Your package was returned to you by the courier, you'd have to contact them to find out more. When we saw your email saying your courier had failed to deliver, we sent you £8 to your bank, to cover the cost of a return via Royal Mail.

Finally found a great shaving experience

i have always fancied a better experience when shaving & struggled to find one until now! the range of products at reasonable prices means i have finally found the one, yay!
to also have them delivered & the fact you can schedule when you want whatever shaving products you need also makes this a total win win.
the customer experience has also been great with speedy response back to emails etc so thank you all at ShaveKit
