Very well made modular 12x4 shed. Easy to construct and very happy with the overall product. Good communication and quick delivery, and though the roof felt wasn’t with the original order, big thanks to Wendy Shepherd for sorting it out and having it delivered speedily.

Ordered a shed but had to cancel it one hour later. Ben was extremely helpful & he was great, and sorted my refund without any fuss.

Great range of sheds , I needed a very precise size and they had the shed I needed, easy to order and very quick delivery! so quick in fact that I needed to change the day to later in the week. Ben in the customer service dept. was great he rearranged the date and booked a smaller lorry as I live up a narrow lane. The lorry still couldn't make it up the lane but the Driver from Edge Transport was great , he walked the pallet with his trolley right up to the driveway , very happy

A part was missing from the delivery. Wendy Shepherd responded within a couple of hours and arranged for the replacement immediately. Very happy with the reaction to the problem.

Excellent customer service - the modular shed and base arrived within 2 days but I had incorrectly ordered the 8ft shed. I contacted customer service- Wendy Shepherd from the company responded the same day & went out of her way to contact the suppliers and order the extra parts required for a 2 ft extension sending a link for the
payment. Excellent service and would use again.

Exactly what I wanted! First the wood stain and then the shed - arrived on the same day as arranged. It is exactly what I wanted, now stained and snug between the house and wall. I had managed to delete the email with details for erecting, emailed the company, and had the details again in less than twelve hours. Excellent all round. Dr Hugh Jenkins

Ordered a shed today but didn't spot the option to choose a delivery date. So I sent a question regarding delivery date immediately after ordering. Wendy Shepherd replied very promptly stating I should hear something tomorrow. Excellent, reassuring update.

I purchased a wooden greenhouse for my partner who wanted to enjoy it after being told he had 12 months to live after paying a builder to put it together the doors didn't fit i emailed them several times included about 20 photos to show that it was all put together correctly I was told it wasn't their problem unfortunately my partner passed away after only 4 months so never got to make use of the greenhouse which caused him great stress just want people to know so long as everything goes OK you will be fine but the minute you have a problem their after sales is terrible I even got trading standards involved but lost all interest so please be aware

Ordered on 09/10/25 and possible delivery w/c 13/10/ really impressed.

Great communication throughout. The shed looks good. There was one panel damaged, however, I engaged directly with sheds.co.uk via Wendy Shepherd and they had a replacement panel out within 48hrs with no quibbles. Tbh it is probably the best customer service engagement I have had in a long time.

Wendy Shephard and her team have been really helpful in arranging a quick delivery of our shed and then setting up an installer for us.

There were some issues with my order. However, I reported them to Rachel Finch Aspect Garden Buildings (the installer) who reported the issue to
Wendy Shepherd (Head of Operations at Sixtystores.co.uk). Wendy offered me a choice of acceptable resolutions. She sorted out the issue immediately.
The shed is of a high quality, and the company offers a comprehensive range of shed configurations at competitive prices. Well worth a look.

Great service , prompt kept me informed about delivery. Delivery on time . well handled no damages.
On inspection found a few items missing, on contact a lady Wendy Shepard went through missing items. And had them resent 2 days later. Such good service, would recommend to anyone. Thank you
