Excellent service from Ben in sales team, even offered me a confirmed delivery date working around my times when I am at home. I will post a review once shed arrives.

We ordered 6 bike sheds for a development we are building. Ben was very helpful with prices and getting a fast delivery time.

Its easy to just sell a product but great customer service is what makes forca great buying experience. Quick delivery, initially impressed with shed other than the roof, Wendy was excellent in solving my issue resulting in a FOC replacement bespoke roof and felt, great customer service

Poor Quality - leaks like a sieve
Do Not buy a shed from these people
Lack of quality control has left me with shed simply does not function as advertised.

The planking has massive knots and cracks and which causes numerous leaks.
They have nailed it together a too higher pressure on the nail gun resulting in the nails going almost through the planking - more leaks
Nails and ironmonery is very cheap and rusty after a month
I could go on

Great experience with the company. Went to the showroom so we could get a better idea of the size and feel of the products we saw online, and see what was right for us. James was incredibly friendly and happy to explain everything to us. Very grateful for all his help!

I got a garage from this company, the garage was delivered without any garage doors and the windows was missing as well, contacted them, this was a night mare as I had to chase them for any information when the rest of my garage was getting delivered, no one got back to me for a week! Every time I phoned them they said I’d get a call back that day. Still waiting on that call, I had to chase them every day for a week before I got an answer, my garage doors were delivered 5 weeks after they had delivered the original garage, got garage doors today, they delivered the wrong garage doors, now I’ll just pay for new garage doors to be made as it’s clear this company are rouge traders, there just a middle man who buys these sheds, they don’t make them the sheds, they just buy them from another company and get them to deliver to your house, AVOID!!!

I placed a large order for an education setting and received great service from James who quickly arranged an invoice and the delivery of the sheds, all of which were delivered as agreed. Friendly and accommodating delivery drivers. Sheds aren't built yet but all look to be in order and correct.

Ordered an 8 x 4 shed. Delivery was very prompt. However when unpacked it was missing the roof felt. It had extra parts that weren't required. I suspect some items were for a 12 x 4 shed.

The manufacturer had a pic of the parts when dispatched... the delivery company took pictures of a pallet that looked like it had been broken several times and no felt non delivery.

I agree with going paperless but the instructions online had to be downloaded from a QR code, and to keep getting my phone out was a pain and ran out of battery.

Wendy was very helpful sorting a couple of issues and these should arrive in 48 hrs. If it wasn't for the fast and efficient response from Customer Services, I wouldn't have given 4 stars.

Haven’t ordered a shed as of yet, I asked a question and got a response from a very lovely lady named Wendy answering my question within minutes of me sending my email to ask fantastic service so far m thank you

I had a query regarding the dimensions of the free shed base. James replied very promptly and answered my query.

Received my Shed/Greenhouse combi very quickly and was super impressed with the packaged delivery.

Haven't put together yet, but have unpacked and the quality looks amazing.

Unfortunately I couldnt download the instructions so emailed for assistance.

I was so impressed by my response from Wendy. She was brilliant, prompt, so re assuring and effective. Best customer care I've received from any company.

This is amended review as all the issues with my order have now been resolved. Sheds.co.uk doesn't actually fulfill the order, but links to a number of companies. It appears my order was delivered by DIYSheds. The parts for the shed were delivered. Quality is ok but not great, numerous bits with a number of splits and knots, and transit blocks were super hard to remove. When we put the shed up we identified 2 of the floor blocks were missing...ended up going to b and q to be able to get the shed built in a day. (This cost was re-imbursed very rapidly by DIYSheds following referral by Wendy). When we got to the roof we realised the supplied panels are not sufficiently wide. I initially liaised with Wendy (sheds.co.uk) who put me in touch with Jason (I suspect not a real name but a generic help desk person) at DIYSheds. After many emails and calls to try and get the company to understand the roof issue (not wide enough) it was resolved. DIYSheds arranged for a 'top Black Country bloke' (said by other half) to sort the issue. Would I order a shed via this route again? Not sure, I spent much time emailing and phoning (photos diagrams etc)- a bit of a hassle. DIYSheds did however resolve the issues. Bottom line is I'd just like to be able to order something within the UK that arrives correctly, with all the correct pieces and goes together as per plans and order.

Updating my review as no sooner had I posted my feedback that I had amazing customer service than it proved to have been a bit too hasty.
I ordered my shed a few days ago to make the most of the sales but didn't want it delivered straight away as we're going away on holiday.
Wendy replied to my email very promptly to assure me the manufacturer had put my order on hold - which I was super happy with. Today I get an email about a delivery so go back to her and she confirms again that the order is on hold. So imagine my surprise when the shed is delivered this afternoon!
So not quite sure who Wendy had talked to and how she could have been so certain the order was on hold..I'm guessing the distribution centre was just too efficient. But hey, lucky it arrived today, the day before I head off on my holiday - so no harm done!

James was very prompt coming back to me regarding the purchase of the shed
