My initial payment (for an item that was useless) went to a website called ribbedecorshop.com. This resulted in me being being conned into a monthly subscription from sheertrends which I cancelled. Now an outfit called sheer discounts has tried to take £14.08 from my account.

Do not use this company they sent me faulty item and I have tried getting a refund and they ignore me . Now they have taken more money out of my bank and again ignoring emails . I’ve tried calling 6 times and Mike goes dead . This company is ripping People off and stealing there money

GPS tracker completely useless. Does not fulfill advertised specification. Cannot be used without SIM card and registration. Impossible to contact them as the tel.no. Is not valid. No response from email. I have cut my losses (£18.95) and will look elsewhere. My advise to you DON'T use the company.

Unknowingly signed up to a subscription- do not use!

It's a scam, don't use after the first purchase which will be late they will continue to debit your account each month a small amount around £13 which they hope you will not notice, about time Trustpilot forward this co to the authority and got the site closed down

Ordered the gps tracker which needs sim even though it said it didn't. I have now been charged 14.00 GBP for a membership which I didn't sign up for. I wish I had seen the reviews on here before I ordered. DO NOT USE.

Horrendous. I ordered off these with a 3day delivery, got email saying it would take10 day, granted I was annoyed, left review, waited 10days then asked where item was, for them to say the, cancelled order and refunded cuz they read my review!! Crazy, what a joke

It’s a scam site, don’t buy anything from this site. I can’t believe that this site has been allowed to do business in this country with so much of regulation to protect consumers.

Yes, I fell for the tracker scam too, THERE IS NO SIM CARD and it is not magnetic.
No response on phone or email. Registered address is a mail forwarding office.
The parcel I received was from Olymdo, who are based in the UK.

Read the small print. When you buy something from this company that seems like good value, you have signed up to a monthly subscription of £13.64, so it quickly becomes not such great value, judging by the other experiences on Trustpilot they aren't too keen to either give you your subscription back, or to stop taking it.

My experience with SheerTrends was average. The website was easy to navigate, and the prices were reasonable. However, the product quality was hit or miss, and the descriptions could be more accurate. It's an okay option for tools, but not outstanding.

This company tricks u into signing up to them and then about a month later will try to take money from your bank
Emailed them a couple of times still no reply be careful u don’t tick any box’s as u are unknowingly sighing up to get robbed

If I could give a zero, I would. Just like others, I should have read the reviews first. Purchased a GPS tracker that came with no box, no sim card, just the mini GPS in a plastic and random box. Contacted these people for the sim, and no one responded...they claim 30 day money back guarantee, but I'm guessing they are intentionally not responding, so the 30 day passes. What a useless site! Please advise yourself and find your product elsewhere...

I ordered a card in August and it’s September 16 and still no card, no email re. said card but they did charge my bank in August 🤯🤯🤯

I ordered a set of ?? in July and paid for them by zilch. You went by the name of Sheer Trends for that transaction
Firstly they were of the most awful quality and came with no instructions And was just placed in a grey plastic bag.
We tried to go by the instructions on website And as suspected completely melted they were absolute rubbish.
I should have returned them and got my money back but because it was through zilch I didn't know how to do it so I just paid it off because I didn't want to lose my zilch account.
However I found out last week that your company Sheer Discounts have fraudulently charged me for £13.38 on my Zilch account on the 16th of August.
I paid the second one on the 1st of September as Zilch has now put my account on hold after being with them for 5 years nearly because I refused to pay for something I did not buy. So I paid it to keep in good standing with Zilch. But I'm still blocked from them. But they are looking into this.
I have never subscribed to your company EVER
You are also an American company and I am in the Uk so I would not do this.
I am reporting this and also im urgently requiring you to refund this fraudulent activity on my Zilch account.

Here in England we are suffering from a cost of living crisis and everybody is struggling what you are doing is disgusting exploiting vulnerable people who already have nothing and have to rely on companies such as Zilch and you have now ruined my credit with them.

Date of purchase was 10th of July 2023 for the the ONE and only time I was stupid enough to place an order for. Have never since ordered anything else. Why would I after that rubbish I received
I have already put a review on trust pilot and you denied it was your company. It is absolutely your company. Sheer Discounts, Sheer Trends strange 🤔. And my statements also says Sheer Discounts.
So Im urging you to sort this matter out immediately and return my money or I will be reporting this even further and put reviews everywhere to warn everyone which hopefully will stop you from trading. JUST because I'm in UK does not mean I cannot damage your reputation.
Finally just before you come back with any small print rubbish when I ordered in July, they was no such mention or print about any ongoing subscription I simply put the item in my basket put my address in and there was absolutely no mention of any subscription.
Disgusted and angry. Not only have you took what little money I have, you have ruined my credit with Zilch, something I realied on for my children, what so you can feed yours.
I hope sleep well at night. Of course you do you probaly have bought a lovely high quality mattress with the illegal money you are taking from vulnerable people.

I really wished I had done more research on Sheertrends, perhaps using trusted infromation from Trustpilot before I purchased the GPS GF-07 tracker. The big selling point for me (quote Sheertrends) "The product is activated and used free of charge. Once activated, it can be used for life without any service fee" This is a complete and utter lie, aqnd an absolute scam. The instructions to download the required software titled "racing" from google play are useless - I suppose the very word "racing" should have raised some suspicion prior to purchase. I now own a useless, small plastic box. Reading through other people's tales of woe regarding this scamming company, getting any kind of refund would be a waste of time. The GPS minitracker is a total waste of money. BUYER BEWARE, DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT - DO NOT DEAL WITH SHEERTRENDS!

Absolutely disgusting service! I have brought a small house cameras from them. They arrived late therefore they are no longer of any use. I have emailed and called to ask for a refund and the policy to return, no call back or response to my email. It’s only been a week since I received the item and want to return and I am been ignored.

Total scam. Do not trust this company. T&C's don't actually mention a subscription. It's a total rip off.
