Bought a nanny cam from this company who I thought were based in the uk being that the delivery time was between 3 to 5 days..so on the 5th day I get loads of emails saying it won't be long bare with etc...and being very nice ..14 days later the camera arrived (from china) damaged,box was crushed so I took photos sent them via email for a refund and a postage address to return - nothing!!..nada ..no emails whatsoever..I must've sent 10 emails before they offered me 30% of the cost back..I explained to them I'd be out of pocket (the camera was £45)..so no I wanted full refund..I cancelled the subscription/membership- which I didn't see when I purchased the camera - thieves 😡..that was back at the beginning of July and now we're in Sept..do not buy anything from this company they are scammers.

Wish I looked here first!! For the price I wasn’t expecting miracles BUT quite happy after the first mould!! Followed all instructions and wanted to make some small adjustments so popped it back in hot water and as I tried to remove it to place in my mouth it had turned into a jelly like substance and the piece that I was holding literally just pulled away! Not a keyboard warrior or complainer usually but this time I contacted the company to ask their response and told them after the 3rd email that they had left me no other option!!! Do not buy anything from this RAT Of a company!!!!

Delivery times stated are not accurate, over 9 days in shipping so far, no further shipment updates. Was for a birthday that has been and gone. Sent 2 emails so far and no response. They did however respond when I cancelled the membership they signed me up for so if you do use them (not recommending at all) watch for the small print - they automatically sign you up for it and will start charging you!

I would give no stars, bought a snore stopper it doesn’t even switch on a waste of money DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY CON ARTISTS !!!!!

Refund:I am trying to send an item back , they have not sent a return address, I have now sent 11 emails, numerous submissions .They offered 50%refund and to keep item. I want 100% refund and I am happy to send item back. FRUSTRATED.Just recieved email there giving full refund so I'm happy with result.

bought waterproof trousers which were waterproof for 5 mins. Automatically signed me up to monthly subscriptions without my knowledge. This should be ILLEGAL. this company owes me three months subscription!!!! TOTAL SCAM AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

If it’s possible I don’t give nothing, I still waiting my order . I make a order 3 weeks ago and I still waiting for the product . When I make the order they told me it’s gona take 3-5 days … In this 3 weeks I send 15 emails but they answered very very slowly. They don’t care about customer. I wHaTt just my money back and they can take the product and putting in the ass..

After a car steering lock purchase, which was more than quoted in £'s, due to $ exchange rate and currency charge, the company then took 3*monthly subscriptions at approx £14/month.

Managed to reclaim the subscriptions via credit card company and also block the merchant from taking additional monies.

Do not buy from this company the reviews are not true. I bought a portable sleep ap and it’s like child’s toy and does not work. I am still waiting for a refund.

Absolute scam.

Bought a GPS tracker. Supposedly no subscription to a network. When it arrived, turns out you need a sim. And a memory card. Then you needed to text a series of numbers and supposedly get a link to activate the tracker. No link obtainable so basically just bought a useless piece of plastic.

I contacted 'customer services' several times. All they did was send me a pdf of the instructions to activate. Which, as I've said, don't work.

Sheer pirates. I would give zero stars if possible, but Trust Pilot won't let you do that, and I'd rather warn others than people didn't know.

Bought x2 GPS trackers as selling points were no subscription to a network.
They arrived and both needed sim cards putting inside and a bar code scanning to activate! No bar code was present or obtainable so basically just bought a useless piece of plastic. Finally got in touch and they offered me a 50% refund and a free subscription to their website, assumed the subscription was just emails junk etc, ended being locked into a monthly subscription fee of £14 😂 absolute pirates I would give zero stars if possible

I purchased a mini duo hair curler from Sheer Trends. Sadly the item hardly heats up and the cord is so short you have to sit very close to the socket. Not impressed at all. I really though the item would be much better. Disappointed customer.

The item we bought didn’t work and now we are trying to get a refund
Yesterday unable to respond to their email as getting postmaster failures and today managed to send them and just getting a repeat email from them saying they contacted me 48 hours ago and I need to respond
Going to contact credit card company to get them to reject the payment
Also got signed up for membership which my credit card company has refunded to me. Hope they manage to get the money back from the company

1) We ordered a dental product for my mother, who has a missing tooth. The product was worse than a toy and not at all appropriate.
2) We were somehow signed up for VIP Membership, at $16.95/month (although I'm in the UK!), and this has been taken out of my account twice. Not something I would ever sign up to, and is clearly a scam. I don't even know what VIP Membership is, and nor do I have a log-in to their website.

If only I had know who I was buying from prior to ordering, I would have read the reviews first.

Bought the magnetic tracker to hide in my caravan. The instructions are so small you can’t read them. I watched a Utube video that helped a little, but it was obvious that the item did not work and it totally rubbish!!

I asked to return the item and was offered a 50% refund, £10 store voucher (turned out to be for their on line shop!) and a discount off my next purchase! As if I would buy from them again.

After a plethora of emails I finally gave in and took the 50% refund. I cut my losses and thought that’s a lesson learnt.

I thought that was it , but no, they have taken out an amount of money off my card, which when I spoke to my bank, it appears it is a monthly subscription.

The bank has blocked them from taking any more, but I am fighting for the first payment to be returned.

Please read the negative reviews that are posted and avoid like the plague!

I thought I was an intelligent person, but clearly I have been scammed !

Ordered a card for my sisters birthday. Said order now and we'll send it today. DIDNT TELL ME IT WAS COMIMG FROM CHINA. A month later still not recieved it. They messaged saying if you still haven't recieved it we can give you your money back. I said I want my money back and they replied no its on its way.

Bought magnetic GPS device, does not work, instructions very badly translated, only offered partial refund despite chasing them. Avoid at all costs
