Ordered cute outfits from Sheinlook online shopping. The clothes arrived months later, poor quality and did not fit my body. Contacted Sheinlook. First they suggested I give them as a gift or sell them. After I insisted on a return/refund they suggested I keep the clothing and receive a 15% discount on my next order. After again insisting on a return/refund they provided an address that turned out was not accepting merchandise. I received the shipment back after paying $77.50 to ship USPS. Now I am out $361 + $78. I am working with my credit card company to get the money back. Sheinlook credited my account $18.62 for an outfit they did not have in stock. They used that credit to explain to my credit card company I did receive credit for the merchandise. NIGHTMARE! If you need cute clothes at a great price drive down to your local TJ Maxx.

I ordered 2 items from Sheinlook and waited 9 weeks for them to arrive. What a surprise, they were shipped from China. The material quality was BAD and garments were Dollar Store quality. Also, sizing was way off; sized for tiny Chinese women. Almost impossible to return and way too cumbersome & costly! I’ve learned my lesson. So buyer beware!

I cannot believe this!! I ordered once - received item with 3 weeks. The second and LAST order took 2 months! No response that item was back ordered and when I finally received it, they sent the wrong size. After sending their requested numerous photos to verify their (apparently not on record) information, they asked if it fit (DUH! - No just want to waste my time, energy and money - already explained the issue to them) offered me a 10% discount on this un-useable item or 15% off my next purchase - when hell freezes over!! Throughout this process, they have been patronizing and completely oblivious to normal retail practices especially where customer service is concerned! They are not willing to correct their mistake. I usually am much more patient and understanding but this truly was pathetic! If you have time and money to waste...go for it! Oh...and the quality of the item is horrible!! Buy American!! Or from anywhere else...better odds!!

Everything said in these reviews is absolutely true, it literally takes two months to get your order, it was very poor quality, being that the company is in China, returning would be expensive so they ask you to regift it or give you 15% on your next order or they'll refund you 15%. Even so they string you along in email after email. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, They've got a real scam going!
They finally refunded my $3.95, woo hoo! My order was Feb. 11!
Today is May 13! I have learned my lesson.

The only reason I gave Sheinlook 1 star is bc not able to give zero stars! This company is a SHAM! It should be called Shamlook! 4 months after ordering multiple items- which by the way is from China- fun fact- received the most ridiculous pathetic items! Cardboard and tissue paper would have been an upgrade from materials used to produce these items. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!

Ordered shoes in January finally got them two months later wrong size. They want me to pay to send back?...or they want me to sell them to recoup my money??!! Someone named Joshua is the contact there ....please don't order anything from this company. All you get is a run around.

Do not order from this company! Ordered a dress, took over 2 mo to receive. Emails not answered. Dress finally arrived, cheap fabric, not as advertised, one arm sewn much smaller than the other...didn’t fit needless to say. Wanted to return, was offered 15% discount on new item in lieu of return. This was not acceptable to me. I was then offered a 10% refund with me paying for return postage! A scam company located in China!

Fraud. I ordered a blouse that advertised as "Cotton/Linen Vintage Printed V-Neck Casual Blouse × 1 Blue / L"

It took 3 months to arrive, and when it arrived today, I felt insulted and angry. The fabric is a cheap, shiny polyester and not a cotton/linen blend. Although the design is pretty, the fabric is more like you'd find in an inexpensive flag. They certainly played a shell game on me.

I've asked for a total refund, including my shipping charges. This blouse is going to Goodwill. Judging from the other reviews, I shouldn't hold my breath with getting a refund... :-(

I ordered two dresses, they sent an email saying they were on the way. Then sent another that weather and customs the order is running late, which they said would arrive seven to twelve days. I spent 73.60 and told them I work hard for my money and do not like being taken and will report them. Saw on Pinterest they changed their name, selling same merchandise. Not happy

I will NEVER order from this company again. Very,very shady. I ordered 2 pairs of sandals. I received an email confirming my order but not one to let me know my order had shipped. I sent several emails to inquire about my order. Never received a response. I will contact my credit card to see about getting my money back. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.

This company is ripping people off knowing full well that customers can't return items back to CHINA! The clothing is cheaply made and doesn't come close to the right sizing. I spent over $100 on three shirts and I can't even wear one of them. They said I can either get a small percentage back without having to ship the clothing back or I can ship it. Unknowingly, I thought I would ship it back. To send a small package would have cost more that $100 as well. So now I gave my money to a scamming company for some crappy fabric I couldn't wear at all.

If I could I would say this company is a minus 10!!! Products are junk and they have no return policy unless you want to pay for shipping to China!!

If I could, I would give no star whatsoever. Total Scamr! I had to Wait 1 month and half to receive my order. I bought 1 top, 1 pair of pants, 1 pair of sandals and 1 fabric bag. Will keep the bag even it it stinks of Chemical Product because my daughter likes it. Washed it several Times already to get rid of the smell. Sandals are simply missing from package! I compared my clothing measurements to their size chart and went up one size for precaution. Nothing fits. The materials are so cheap and thin, you can see through. Not looking at all like pictures on their website. Got in touch with customer services that provides no service. Their English is awfull. I had to send 3 emails explaining the problems which they don't get. They deny the missing sandals and make it nearly impossible to Return for refund. You have 30 Days to do so and I believe they just try to discourage you. I am now waiting for a Return adress in China and I will have to pay for postage with insurance and signature to send back. Depending on the price, I will know if it is worth it or not. But I have NO guarantee they Will refund my US$ 150 order. Overall and like every other store online based in China, it is a total Scam !!! I wish I would have known the company was based in China. Be Aware they sell nothing but smelly crap, too expensive for what you receive. Nothing looks like what is on their site. Plus, they make it a real hassle to return. For you own sake, check online real customer reviews before ordering. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

UPDATE on April 16th, Still arguing via emails with Sheinlook. I sent pictures of the items including the one sewn backwards. They refuse to acknowledge the missing sandals and the poor quality of their clothes. They Do accept that I send the items of clothing back under the conditions that I make a FALSE customs declaration of $5 value (for a $140 order) or else I Will have to pay custom fees on THEIR part. So, I end up paying postage to China with signature and insurance and they Will reimburse me the price of 2 items LESS shipping fees and custom and duty fees. In other words, I won't get anything. IT IS LOSE/LOSE for customer. I will now see what I can Do with my bank and with all the email exchanges I've got that show that this company is a SCAM.

I ordered in January. Still have not received my product. BUYER BEWARE. I have contacted them several times with a promise I'd receive the product and 3 months later I still dont have my sandals. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Terrible. Shipped the wrong merchandise and no return instructions.Agree, it's Dollar Store quality and Took over 4 weeks to arrive.

After waiting two months for my order, I received part of it today, two of three dresses, I ordered yellow and it came in green, the one dress is ok, not worth the $30, the boho dress is cheap and nasty and poorly made. The customer service was awful. I would steer clear of this company and I will never order from them again or recommend them to anyone..
