I'm sorry I didn't see all these reviews before purchasing from this company! I ordered boots on December 7th 2018 no sign of them yet, I have emailed sheinlook 4 times and have had no response, the tracking stopped on December 16th? GRRR, fit to be tied I am!

Do not buy from this company!!
Do not buy from this company!!! Fraudulent. Ordered “leather” boots and when they arrived, they were NOT leather and had absolutely zero markings as to material, brand and size. These were too small and definitely not even close to the size I ordered. Tried to return them but the cost to ship back to China is half the price of the boots. Lesson learned so do your research before ordering from a website you are not familiar with. Bought a cute pair of real leather boots from Zappos...paid more but worth it.

Don't trust this company
Don't trust this company! I currently have an ongoing dispute with them. Order took over 8 weeks to be delivered. I actually tried to cancel the order after it didn't show up after the initial first 6 weeks after order. They refused cancellation and instead delivered item. Now it turns out that the boots that arrived are actually cheap knock-offs that are blatandly NOT as advertised. I am hoping to get a refund through paypal now, but I wish I'd never fallen for this in the first place as shipping cost to and from are unlikely to be refunded. Please learn from my bitter experience and avoid this company! They are sadly nothing better than a scam!

Avoid this company at all costs
Avoid this company at all costs! Delivery is incredibly slow and although the products appear cheap - that's exactly what they are; you get what you pay for! Returning anything is an absolute nightmare as returns must go to China. I ordered a pair of ankle boots which were really poor quality. Not only did I have to pay 11 USD delivery, I then had to pay over £17 GBP to return them! Absolutely ridiculous and I won't be repeating my mistake. There are plenty of UK brands which deliver quickly and cost effectively and returns are easy too - don't be tempted by ordering from Sheinlook; it just isn't worth it.
