My dress arrived @3 weeks after it was ordered. It looked like they just pulled it off the sewing machine and packed it up. Seams were not ironed, no hem, and threads uncut. It is worth maybe $5, not the $37 I paid. I would never recommend this company.

Absolutely disgusted. This online company should be shut down. Do not consider purchasing any merchandise from this site. Fraudulent advertising re: 7 -12 days delivery. Not a chance ..they are based in China and ship from China.. Ordered over a month ago.. they have my money (credit card). When I tried to track it ..it is all Chinese and when I contacted the service email provided expressing my upset I was basically told don't worry you will get your order sometime.. we are in China. Pinterest should punt them off their site.

Scam scam scam... shame on me for not looking at reveiws. They have my money and I have nothing. You cannot contact them except by email and they don’t read it. Just avoid at all cost,!,, we need someone to shut them down!

I DIDN'T REALISE THE COMPANY WAS IN THE STATES WHEN i ORDERED, AS ADVERTISING FEATURED THE AUSTRALIA JUDGES.
I HAD TO CANCEL MY CREDIT CARD AS THEY KEPT DEBITING AMOUNTS TO IT FOR GOODS NEVER RECEIVED!!.
ARE THERE ANY LEGAL COMPANIES ADVERTISING ON FACEBOOK.PINTEREST.. I WONDER!!

Do Not order from this site. You will end up very dissappointed. Took 2 months to get my order. When finally arrived barely recognized it. Nothing like the picture on their website. Sent the wrong colour. Stated it was a knit fabric, was cheap polyester. In fact,I’ve never even seen such horrible fabric. I usually take a med. but ordered 2xl, couldn’t even put it on. Claims to be 90 cm long. Fact is it is 63 cm. This website should be shutdown. Absolute lies in clothing description.

I wish I knew that this is an overseas company who has no integrity and understanding of quality. The 3 shirts that I purchased costing over $100 were garbage. The quality was horrible. The fit was a joke. If I were to see these items in a local story, I would not want them even if they were free. In addition to that, communication is horrible and in order to refund the items, I have to pay for shipping overseas and hope that I will eventually get my money back. they tried to offer me a 10% refund, which is a joke. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a dress from Sheinlook on Feb 1st, as of today Feb 26th, I have not heard from them. Also today, I sent a 2nd email asking where was the dress I ordered. (Saw the dress on Pinterest) I'm still waiting to hear from them. I paid with Paypal, which is a good thing because I can go thru their buyer protection program and open a dispute to get my money back. Buyer Beware!!!

To everybody that has ordered from Sheinlook or any of the other businesses associated with them: if you paid with PayPal you may be covered by PayPal buyers protection. Head to the resolution centre and open a case! I got my money back after not hearing from the company for over a month, with the shipping tracker not changing at all. Thank you to PayPal for the quick resolution!

Terrible, no communication, but they got my money! Pinterest should be careful who they allow to advertise, we expect a certain level of confidence in Pinterest.

Wish I read the reviews first, I never received what I ordered and never heard from them again. Doesn't facebook check their advertisers, before they can post??? If not they should!!!!!
I didn't know they have scam companies allowed on their site.

Waited 9 weeks & Omg the smell when I opened the packaging. I was sick. £50+ for boots that were too small & just about falling apart. Leather? None. Just plastic effectively. Total ripoff & I just gave up with their customer service telling me “I hope your day is nice”. Lesson learned.

They took my money and I never saw the shoes. Not impressed, learnt a big thing: just because it’s on pintrist doesn’t mean it’s safe

Sheinlook has stolen our copyrighted images from our company website and is illegally and fraudulently representing that they are selling them. They are NOT. There is zero way they can be selling them because they are in China and we produce 100% in Mexico and the US. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. We are currently pursuing legal action. Please support the REAL people and companies.

Everything about Sheinlook is suspiciously identical to jellynova.com. Probably the company's way of reeling in more customers who they can totally rip off and scam with horrible, cheap products. Stay far, far away from sheinlook and jellynova! I learned my lesson, don't let them fool you too.

I would give negative stars if I could. I ordered a pair of boots. They shipped the wrong color, they were damaged. They are not true to size. Had I seen these in person I wouldn't have given $5 for them let alone the $42 I paid for them. They are garbage. They won't answer any emails. BEWARE, they sell garbage !!!!!

TOTAL SCAM...DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. Ditto ALL the previous negative comments. Appalling, hideous, cheap quality! Vaguely resemble the pictures in the advertising. Advertised as 'leather' but are obviously NOT! Charged my credit card immediately but did not receive the boots for nearly three months. When I exercised the 'Harry Potter' methods for contacting them for remediation I was offered a 10% refund and essentially informed I couldn't pay them enough to take them back. Hopefully they will somehow get their due...total ripoff!

I ordered a pair of boots from them that took almost two months to get to the US (they charge your credit card immediately, mind you). The boots I received vaguely resemble the pictures and are very cheaply made with pen marks all over the material. They are not distressed as stated and pictured on their site. They lure you in with fancy pictures and send you an inferior product. NEVER again.

Definitely false advertising. All you have to do is look at the prices of the so-called "leather" shoes, boots and purses and you have to know it's not real! It's really obvious. I'm sorry for anybody who go scammed by them but ............ :-/

Do not I repeat do not order from them.. They claim the boots are leather ..nope. they claim they are your size..nope again...Then if you are fortunate enough to figure out the Harry Potter style way of contacting them you are offered a 10 percent refund to keep the trash they sent you..thier way of saying " yeah we don't want it back either " . Then you have to sell an appendage in order to pay to ship it back to the ninth realm of God knows what part of the earth it came from. Word to the wise.. keep your money in your pocket and go to the local mall. 😉

Shein look is a knockoff of shein. Can't say anything good about them. Ordered boots. Cheap junk, the stench emminating from them was unbelievable and to top it off they weren't the boots I ordered. Tried to return but they have a fake email on the order receipt. When I was finally able to get the right email I was told I was outside the return period. Many emails with proof of my claim and all they can say is "sorry have nice day" Do not buy anything from them!
