Was told to size up, I’m usually a M so I got a L. The outfit didn’t even fit an XS

First things I have bought from a tiktok brand and I'm very impressed with it all. Not going to lie I wasn't really sure it would come or how good quality it would be if it did haha but yea it's all actually really good

This company is a total scam!! I ordered back in June and have been emailing them ever since requesting a refund because I still haven’t received my package.
I never received a shipping email because it was never shipped. It’s been nearly 5 months and my package still hasn’t been shipped!!
Initially they did reply to my emails (months apart), and continued to insist that my package will be sent but they’re just behind in production.
I emailed again and was given the same response. Over a time span of 5 months I’ve sent about 6 emails and the last email suggested taking action and deeming this a fraudulent charge. The reply I received about 2 months later was a generic email reply basically stating that if I need help then I should just look at the FAQ link on their website and only email if I still had an issue, so in other words they’re completely ignoring the fact that I still haven’t received my package and they have no intention of ever sending it.
Do not trust this company!!

If I could give a zero I would. Terrible customer service. It’s been over 6 months and I haven’t received my order. They definitely pay for followers on their social media’s just take a look at how little their likes are. They don’t respond to emails. Their excuse for not shipping items is due to covid restrictions in China, but everything any one of me or my friends has received from China has still arrived within 6 weeks.
If you have bought from here, request to dispute it with your bank immediately. Save yourself the trouble.

SCAM seriously how can this company be allow to operate. They have ripped off so many people and I’m sure the good reviews on here are fake and made up. Ordered 11 month ago and still have received anything. Had to follow up multiple times only to be sent frequently asked questions. Please do not order from this company and l hope they are shut down for good!

Bought an item, after 5 months it’s not arrived, after politely emailing them, I’m not getting any updates, would not recommend. I’ve never written reviews before because as I’ve not seen a point but hopefully this will help someone save their money

Ordered in February over £70 of clothes. Received nothing! Initially they replied to emails telling me they would despatch soon but now they are just ignoring me. This is a SCAM - don’t order, you will waste your money! I asked for a refund and I’ve heard nothing

Ordered 2 different pre-orders in Jan/Feb 2022 and still haven't received anything. Refused to give a refund because they said they were already shipping - what a joke! It's been more than 9 months wait. I think it must be a SCAM! So disappointed because they seem to have a few alright reviews here but have seen plenty of scam reviews now!

I have ordered like 5 or 6 items back in APRIL 2022 it’s now almost November and NOTHING. They keep making excuses and at this point they seem to send automated answers (if they even bother answering). I’m starting to believe it’s a HUGE SCAM. They send out a couple of pieces, get themselves known and make people spend money on NOTHING.

Pre-Ordered pants in January of 2022 that was supposed to deliver 6-8 weeks later. It is almost November 2022 and I can not get a response from Shekou other than an automated reply email that they are busy and will check on my email as soon as they can get to it. I have reached out multiple times with zero response. I have requested a refund but nothing has happened.

Ordered from them at the beginning of February, it’s now October and I still haven’t received my order (everything I ordered was supposedly in store at the time). I’ve emailed them several times where they’ve answered and said that the order had been shipped, with a tracking link that was unavailable. I’ve also asked them for a refund, which they couldn’t offer me. Now I’m waiting for any solution where I could the stuff I ordered, but they haven’t answered my last two emails, and its been a month…

I’ve posted this review on another website, but I’m posting it here too as their rating is way too high! I genuinely thing this website is a scam with the amount of people who’s orders never showed up!
Please do not order from this company! Usually I'm very understanding with customer service, but shekou has been absolutely useless. I placed my order on January 5th, and read the shipping details and was aware of the covid delays, but it's been nearly a year of countless emails and useless responses from them! I emailed them 2 months after I placed my order, and was told it had been shipped so there was nothing they could do, I emailed again a month later, to be told the same thing. As the months went on I requested a refund 6 times, and asked to put in a formal complaint, this request was ignored of course. 8 months in I emailed again, only to be told this time that my order was never shipped and that their manufacturers were having trouble meeting the deadlines for pre-orders, completely irrelevant as my order wasn't a pre-order, and was shown in stock! After this, I did some Googling and reminded Shekou of their responsibilities as a business and my rights as a consumer, maybe they'll listen this time, but my hopes are not high at all!
TLDR: Don't bother with shekou unless you really love arguing with customer service employees :)) There are plenty of other places to buy affordable cute clothes without the hassle and disrespect.
