I bought three items, one was gorgeous but the other two looked quite different to the images on the website, and one of the items was definitely deliberately misleading. Also, the sizing was very inconsistent between two very similar styles that had completely different sizes. Fast shipping.

I’d put a lower rate if i could. I ordered some cargo pants in July and its now almost December. I’ve left multiple emails complaining but they just either ignore them or come back with excuses. They say they are experiencing covid19 delays which is no excuse anymore. I just want my money back! This shop should be reported and taken care of!!

Ordered 3 pair of sweatpants last Thanksgiving, nearly a year ago and have still not received them.
Repeated emails have been ignored. No other contact information online.
I will be filing fraud and criminal charges with my bank.

Do not buy from this company. I have never experienced such bad customer service with a shop. I ordered a large amount of clothes in May and still have not received them and it is almost December. After sending numerous emails asking for updates I have only received automated emails which do not acknowledge any of my questions. I have had to resort to filing a charge back with my bank as I don't see there being any chance of receiving my items or a refund. If you have ordered from them and experienced something similar I recommend reading the article from the NZ Consumer titled 'Clothing store Shekou risks misleading shoppers about refund rights'
which helped me know what steps to take next. If I could give 0 stars I would, super disappointing.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. My 16 year old daughter purchased products in July and its now nearly December 2022, and she has not received anything, despite repeated emails and requests. Looking at this forum, I see others have experienced the same thing. This is a scam and should be reported.

I ordered something 12/2021 and have still not received and its 11/24/22. This place is a scam and a fraud. Do not order from them and report them with your credit card and to the Better Business Bureau and FTC.

I wish I could give a negative rating for Shekou. Last Christmas my daughter wanted the fleece lined sweatpants as one of her gifts. I ordered them last November 2021 and it’s now November 2022 and still no order. I have emailed them many times and they always reply with an excuse and promise that they will be shipping soon. Worst experience ever, DO NOT order anything from this company. Update: December 2022 and I still don’t have what I ordered but I’ve received about 5 emails spanning from Jan 2022-August 2022 from Aneka saying they are coming, 😂 what a joke.

i’ve ordered some pants on october 22, it’s now november 19 and it’s been more then 25 business days and i haven’t gotten my order. Where is my order?

It doesn't come with film though just so everyone knows, you have to buy this separately but it's easy to get, I just grab it from a pharmacy

Shipping takes very long to Australia its here now and just in time for summer. I ordered some bikinis so am very happy it arrived in time.

Like others, I ordered quite a few items for my 16 year old in May, 2022. Have sent several emails for updates and was told in July that the items were in stock and would be shipping soon! Unfortunately, it is now November and I have received no items nor any update on what is happening.

Shipping was super quick - within 3 days of purchase! Jeans that I bought were super good quality, though the sizing runs a bit small! Other than that, they are exactly as the picture with the colours and everything!

I ordered from them half a year ago or longer, and have still not received my order. I have sent countless emails and they will not help you as they “cannot do anything about it” for some reason. They make excuses for themselves, as they are a “small business”, and as a masters student in business I have never heard of those problems for small businesses. They refuse to give you your money back and will give you a gift voucher for their store, however this does not make sense as they say that the clothes I have ordered are in production, and according to my knowledge in logistics, production- and shipping-time for fashion will never take half a year. I would never purchase from them and I wish I read the reviews before I placed my fake order. I genuinely hope this business goes bankrupt in the near future.

I ordered with shekou back in early June and was told my order would take 6-12 weeks due to it being a pre-order. It is now November and I haven’t received any communications about my order since and the order never arrived. I went to the website to try and cancel the order and get my money back only to find they have a no cancellations policy. 6 months later and I have nothing to show for this order and no way of getting my money back. Don’t order from this website it’s all one big scam.

I received my order in a few days, and the quality was reasonably okay , however, I did not receive everything I ordered, and the jeans had a broken zipper. I emailed three times about my order and received an email back more than a week later, that a new order is on it’s way, however I still haven’t received it and its been a week. I think the company can improve by double checking the orders and clothes before packing them and sending them out to be shipped and checking their emails regularly and responding to them.
