Took about 8 months for my package to arrive. No response whatsoever. Horrible service

I ordered sweatpants in January of 2022 its now. August 2025. I tried reaching out hundreds of times. But they just straight up ignore you. No refund, no store credit, no new package. The most horrible company ever

Ordered clothes almost 3 years ago and still have not received it.

I ordered a bikini 3 years ago. I was always trying to contact them, but never received anything. When they eventually answered my emails, instead of giving me my money back, they said that they would throw in a free gift. Me as a naive 14 year old, said yes. Now i have tried contacting them multiple times over the years, but my mails wont send, and there is no longer a website.

I waited a whole year after ordering and never received what I paid for. I sent them countless of polite emails that were constantly ignored throughout the time I waited. Until I took matters into my own hands and started cussing them out. I used the most vulgar language known to man in the constant emails I would send. It got to the point where they replied saying to stop and eventually mailed me my order. I'm not encouraging what I did... but did it work? Yes - do with that what you will.

I ordered cargos THREE YEARS AGO and haven’t arrived. Waste of time and money. Never buy from them EVER. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Firstly if i could give this company ZERO stars I would. I ordered cargos and a hoodie THREE years ago. I have given up on contacting them and i have spent £50 of money on something that never even arrived. When i tried to search for their website again I simply couldn’t find it. Shekou is a scam and you should never waste your money on them. I actually beg to anyone who reads this to spend your money on something more useful.

They told me a year ago that an order was on pre-order after waiting a year nothing! I also asked for a credit back to my credit card and was told they can only give a SHEKOU credit! Well after a year of looking on web site they have NOTHING available!!! EVERYTHING IS SOLD OUT! And my store credit says that it is expired IM CONFUSED AND ANGRY! NO ONE RESPONDS BACK TO YOU! THIS COMPANY IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

If I could rate this 0 stars I would do. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. I placed an order back in December 2022, it’s now May 2024 never received it 😂💀. I last emailed them the start of this year and August 2023 and never heard back and heard back from my previous emails before this and they said there were delays which was obviously BS. They are scam and avoid at all costs.

I spent $30 on a bikini about 2 years ago and it never came. Reached out to them multiple times, they replied at first telling me that since it was a preorder item I wouldn’t get it for a few months, so I held out hope. However after 6 months gave up that hope and started emailing them more wondering on where my package was, all they could do was tell me the same thing they said at the beginning, but at this point it had already been months. Now when I email them they don’t even answer, and their social medias haven’t been active since last year, so I doubt I will ever get that swimsuit. So yeah it’s now been 2 years since I placed that order and I have never received it!!

Waiting 3 nearly 4 years for my £70 order. Only got half the order after badgering them for 2 and a half years. Claimed it was shipped or purely stating the clothes haven’t been made yet. After receiving half the order, 90% of it was awful quality. Would not recommend. AVOID AT ALL COST

Second time ordering from this company and I have zero complaints. Yes, the shipping takes a while to get to Canada but that is expected. They are very honest with their shipping times, they are priced amazingly for the quality of products, and in my experience they have phenomenal customer service. Will most definitely continue to be a customer with Shekou!

Scam! Scam! Scam! Do NOT purchase from them. Spent £60, never got my items. Back and fourth with customer service for over a year and nothing so I gave up.

Tracking not the best. But love the products.

never received my order. never even got an update is my package was delivered or on the way. only got a processing email. also tried emailing to reach out and never got an email back :/

I never received my parcel or a response to any communication querying the status of my order. I had to lodge a dispute with my bank to get my money back. I think it’s a scam website, DO NOT SHOP HERE.

I think its been almost 2 years since i ordered, ( oct/nov 2021/2022)never got a package. My advise is; look for a better site don’t waste money on this one.
