Have waited nearly 2 years for joggers that were originally 8-week pre-order, and have contacted them multiple times, the first time I was told to wait as they had a backlog due to covid, however, the other multiple emails I have sent them have gone unanswered.

Took longer than a year, half of the things didn’t come, and I wasn’t refunded all my money.

I wish i could give 0 stars. I made an order a year ago, yes a YEAR ago, after months of nothing i kept in contact with them throughout. They ended up saying the items are out of stock and wont come back, i wouldnt have been told this unless i had gotten in contact. After probably the 3rd/4th time getting in contact, asking for a refund, they said no refunds! No refunds but i can order something else worth the same amount of money- (yet i still paid for shipping again). They said to order clothes that arent “pre-order” (which is essentially their whole website), so i did that with the little i could find. And guess what, it never arrived :)

did not get a shipping conformation, took a month to arrive, fabric is cheap as which I kind of expected but it's not like they tried to hide it, sizes are also super disproportionate so can't wear the top anyways lol

I am Giving this website one star, because 0 isnt an option. I ordered something 1,5 years ago, and haven’t recieved anything. I paid a lot and after contacting the brand for the 8’th time I simply stopped wasting my time. This is embarresing, just taking People’s money.

I never received it. I waited for a year, had contact by mail for a very long time. And after a while I gave up and apparently the money never left the credit card. They could see that I hadn't pay yet, what I didn't know. I was waiting for a whole year for clothes that where never coming...

Never received what I ordered , can’t get any money back , it’s a complete scam , surely the U.K. government can’t allow Shekou to trade in the U.K. , they’re stealing money from customers as they do not give refunds , if the product is not received what is the customer supposed to do ??

It's a scam website – I ordered items in November 2022 and nine months later, nothing has arrived. Customer service keep talking about 'delays'. I can't believe they're allowed to continue in operation. Trying to find where in NZ to report them for fraud.

TERRIBLE. DO NOT RECOMMEND. SCAM SITE. I ordered three items and expected them to arrive in 5-10 business days as it says on the website. Currently it has been over a YEAR. Still no sight of my order. I have contacted Shekou Customer Care numerous times on different occasions and all I received back was a bunch of LIES. False talk of shipping delays that would be resolved within a month or two. Well, I have waited TWELVE months and do you know how many orders i have received? ZERO. ZERO ORDERS. This is unacceptable and I would urge anyone to hate and take down this disgraceful and disgusting brand so no one else suffers and wastes hard earned money on a load of NOTHING. The website at the time of my shameful purchases was engulfed in a facade that operated to trick customers into buying hastily as it stated on pretty much every page that the shop was to close down in just 8 hours. I would argue that this definitely without a shadow of a doubt impacted my decision to buy from the site. Clearly this was a cheap and dirty LIE as the site still continues to carry out its evil craft far after the 8 hours it claimed to be closing down in. I am enraged and ashamed that I fell for this hideous tomfoolery. If anyone is under the impression they will be the exception you are SEVERELY misguided. Shekou spares no one.

If I can give 0 to Shekou , I will… ordered online on September 2022 . It’s pre ordered items .. my niece asked me to get it for her as a Christmas gift and I told her I don’t want to order online if it’s coming from China because we will have a lot of issues re: these.. such as shipping , returns etc.. but she said it’s from Australia… so I said ok.. make the long story short … I ordered .. amounting to $167 and some change .. I followed up after 6 months of waiting and I received a reply from a someone named Jessica and she said I can’t have it refunded … she was saying that these are pre ordered items md unfortunately it is Covid and they were having problems with …. I can’t even remember… manpower … ??? Or they can’t produce it … so I insisted that I get my refund.. but they said NO .. of course … I then emailed them to have it shipped to a different address because I put my niece’s school address but it was almost spring break and she wasn’t at her school.. they said sure…Now it’s August 2023 and I sent 2 new emails .. asking for updates and I have not gotten any response to their company … I sent a total of 23 emails … and to no avail …. FRUSTRATING !!! That’s what I would like to say … And I guess this company is a SCAM .. they take your money but they don’t deliver .. definitely a SCAM.. SO DOBT EVEN BUY FROM THIS ONLINE STORE . SHEKOU ONLINE IS S SCAM ….

Ordered in Feb 2022. Nothing. Asked for a refund, they said they won't refund me but will send a replacement package. Haven't heard back in 3 months. It's been over 18 months since original order date 🙃 Sent emails basically once a month since ordering and no solutions.

My wife ordered items in 2022 and now over a year later, she has not received a thing. The first few months she would receive correspondence, but over time, they just stopped corresponding. This is bad business and the best recourse is crowd sourcing. Post about bad business practices, when their revenue goes down, maybe they change their business practice, or possibly go out of business.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Absolutely DO NOT order from this company. Have been waiting almost 2 years for a pair of jeans. They were initially apologetic in emails but now they just are not responding. Absolute scam of a company and I would not waste any more money on them.

I ordered two pairs of jeans from here and it said it would take 5-10 days to ship. I ordered these in April of 2022 and I am writing this review in July 2023. It has been well over a year and I have never received any shipping or tracking information. I tried reaching out MULTIPLE times to see if I could get an update or if I could just get a refund and most of these went without response and the one time I received a response was months after the purchase and it was an automated response saying they were “working on your order”. HUGE SCAM DONT BUY

I’m still waiting for an order of trousers ordered November 2022. I sent various emails and they came back saying that they were experiencing unprecedented manufacturing delays with their pre-order products. THEY ARE FAKE!!!!!

the first time i bought from here, i did not receive my order. they gave me a store credit a year later to purchase what i want with the money i spent in the first order, then one of the clothing pieces was refunded for unknown reasons.

I ordered from them one year ago and still haven’t received my items. They won’t offer a refund, don’t answer my emails and basically have disappeared off the face of the earth.

I ordered sweatpants from this company and I waited for more than a YEAR for them and they still have not come. There was no contact about a refund because they stopped replying to my emails, supplying excuses about shipping issues and shortages. I would never buy or recommend this company to anyone who doesn't want to get scammed

The quality of the clothing and jewellery is very poor, and the sizing runs very small as well. I had an issue when the clothes I ordered were preorders and after triple the time expectation they gave for shipping the products passed, they kept telling me that global issues were the cause of manufacturing issues and that the order would be completed “soon” with no actual date given. I waited two more months after reaching out and I was given a store credit. Honestly, if you’re considering shopping with Shekou just order from shein; it’s cheaper and more reliable than this company while giving the same if not slightly better quality. Very disappointed.
