Unclear communication from the Meter reads Advisors- took a week to get answers we required, and were assisted by Customer Service Advisor Barbara instead, she helped get everything confirmed and explained. With multiple meters and them previously not explaining that the multiple readings per meter is required and just responding with 'Sadly we are unable to apply these reads due to missing reads'... With eventual assistance this was rectified, but it took a long time until I picked up the phone and verbally spoke with Barbara.

We had a meeting earlier this week with a client to get their acocunt setup exactly how they would need it and be able to suit all the different companies needs. She was able to explain all the different aspects of the account and what they would be able to do.
Both myself and the client was well informed and came out of the meeting knowing our accounts are well looked after.
