I have just completed a change of tenancy for a new customer of mine with Shell. From sending the mail with the completed form to Shell, Steffan completed it into my customers name within 49 minutes. In 25 years in the industry I never seen one done as fast or efficiently as that. Great to experience.

Rang and spoke to Dawn as we needed online access to our account and I was having trouble logging in.
We were wanting to print off copies of our invoices from the past 3 yrs which would have been a lengthy task but Dawn said that she could do that for me and send them to me on email, which she did straight away. Dawn also sorted out our online access too.
