I had a number of queries relating to inability to submit meter readings through the B2B Portal. Barbara responded and resolved all the queries promptly. Having dealt with many utilities companies over a number of years, I have to commend Shell as they are a breath of fresh air to deal with !

Full disclosure, I'm an energy broker. So this review is based on 10 years experience in dealing with energy suppliers and how Shell compare to the others. I deal with suppliers day in and day out, they are all terrible. That is apart from Shell, who have the best customer service of any electricity supplier. Others should learn from them on how to delivery excellent customer service. As an example today I was able to email Shell, get several responses within minutes and have my detailed query resolved within an hour. Love this supplier, wish the others were the same.
