From first contact, the communication and reliability was excellent and remained excellent throughout. When viewing my requirements to supply a quote, honest appraisal of what was possible was provided. Items sourced for completion of the work were to my specification and supplied for final approval before fitting.
The staff who attended to do the job arrived as per the timescale advised in the excellent pre fitting contract information. They were courteous, knowledgeable, professional, thorough, considerate and tidy. They communicated the process and timescales for completion at regular intervals.
Customer service has been exemplary and the costs for the work were as quoted and more than fair. I have made Shelter-Adams my company of choice and can't recommend them highly enough.

Rob and team installed a new oil boiler for us in January. Competitively priced and a couple of pre-visits ensured all the right parts were here on the day. The team worked hard over 2 days to get the job completed in time for the weekend and were polite and professional. No issues popping back to clear some air in the system the following week. Rob came out to quote, then came back with reasonable price and later booked in fairly quickly for a non urgent job moving a gas pipe. The gas engineer Robbie who did the work was very friendly, flexible with access requirements and did a quality job. If anything would prefer slightly quicker response to communication but appreciate this is dictated by workload, busy no doubt for having a great reputation! Many thanks

Our boiler broke on the Thursday, and by Monday afternoon we had a brand new boiler fitted.

The communication from our enquiry to the post-fitting has been excellent, and we were extremely happy with the price we paid too.

We had a new external boiler fitted by this company just before Christmas. The job was quoted fairly and completed within a few days. Every member of the team were courteous and professional and the boiler was fitted with minimal mess and inconvenience. There was a slight hiccup with the necessity of a new thermostat, totally my fault but was sorted for me immediately. All invoicing and paperwork was emailed to me immediately and I was kept up to date throughout proceedings. Altogether a very good experience. Boiler works perfectly. I would highly recommend.

My parents boiler broke in a really cold snap - Rob came out the next day to take a look and returned his quote really promptly. His communication was outstanding throughout - he even offered to drop electric heaters off for them to use until the work was complete. He stuck to his quote and offered a like for like price match. The 2 lads that did the work were really friendly, tidy and respectful. A prompt and professional job all round - would highly recommend.

We contacted Shelter-Adams Ltd as there was a fault with our combi-boiler and we had no heating or hot water. Rob very quickly got back to us and arranged for one of his team to come out the following morning. The Engineer righted the fault straightaway. He clearly explained the process to us and gave us useful information on how the boiler and central heating system worked. (Having recently moved house, we were not used to this type of boiler). The Engineer didn’t rush us and was very helpful and professional in explaining the workings of the system. Rob sent a follow up text the following day to ensure everything was OK with the boiler. We were very pleased with the service we received and will be using Rob and his team in future for our annual boiler services. We would certainly have no hesitation in recommending them.
