Really glad I found this company
Really glad I found this company. Their pricing on black onyx was 1/3 the price of other retailers and to find out you can buy a replica for trial was such a bonus. If you decide to buy the real deal, the price of the replica gets added as a store credit which made for the best option and brand to choose. Hopefully we decide to choose the real deal upon arrival!

Complete disappointment
My husband got me a ring i though was absolutely beautiful, its heart cut and just gorgeous. After having it 6 months it tarnished so I sent it back and not long after that returning tarnished again only for them to say basically sorry for my loss. ITS my engagement ring. Supposed to be the happiest moment of my life! When I emailed them a second time they basically said I was a few months out my warranty and offered me a coupon for the next time. No offense I've seen better rings out a cracker jack box

Regarding the tarnishing issue, based on your description, we believe your ring is likely made of white gold (K gold). White gold naturally contains alloys that may cause slight yellowing over time, which is why it’s typically plated with rhodium for a bright, silvery finish. Rhodium plating can wear off with daily wear (faster for some depending on lifestyle, like exposure to chemicals or frequent handwashing). While this isn’t a quality defect, we recommend re-plating every 6–12 months to maintain the ring’s luster.
Since your warranty has expired, we’d normally charge a small fee for re-plating, To proceed, please provide your order number or reply to our email, and we’ll arrange next steps promptly. We truly value your satisfaction and hope to restore your ring—and your confidence in us.
