Order # yus247107 plz plz plz read reviews before ordering I ordered the bridal set around $3100 I was a few days over the (30 day i didnt realize existed ) before getting to the proposal/engagement part from loss in family BUT i had used their ring sizer they sent previously and added the half size as reccomended By Them for the style of ring i ordered Well it didn't fit i emailed them asap (forget calling and talking to someone) and I was told to basically to bad. that it would cost $1500 plus shipping/insurance ect to resize it. Such a horrible experience for such a life changing day. Seeing online you are directed to think its a u.s.a. company but clearly shipped from China!!!"Lesson learned never again with this company everyone out there trying to cheat you these days and in my case they succeeded. I will soon have it tested and resized locally if it has enough value to do so and in turn they will say it voids my 1 year warranty which is really worthless anyway do your research my friends and shop with a reputal company

Regarding the resizing request, we typically have a 30-day window for the ring resizing. Due to the structural complexities of enhancer-style rings, which require remaking rather than simple resizing to preserve their design integrity. While your request fell outside this period, we did escalate your case as an exception and offered to remake the ring at 30% of the original cost—a significant reduction from the standard full remake fee—to help resolve the situation as fairly as possible.
As for the sizing, we did provide a recommendation in our email on Oct 18,2025:
"For your information, the ring you ordered is a bridal set, which is wider than a single engagement ring, so a 0.5 size bigger than your engagement ring will be better. Please let us know if you would still like to change the size to 7 or keep it as size 6.5."
You kindly replied:
"The 7 was very loose. The 6.5 still had some slack. We'll try the 6.5. Thanks."
We completely respect your decision—our goal is always to ensure your ring fits exactly as you prefer. However, because bridal sets have a wider band, even a slight difference in size can affect comfort, which is why we recommended sizing up.
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and want to make this right. If you’re open to it, we’d still be happy to remake your ring under the discounted terms we offered.
