Nice dress crap refund policy
Dress was okay it just didn’t suit me but the fact on my refund they dont refund postage and then I have to pay to send it back is super annoying

Hey Kate, we are sorry to hear the dress didn't suit you! Regarding the refund on shipment, we do offer free shipment on all orders above £15 which we feel is great for our customers. We feel having getting free delivery and paying for the return cost is cheaper for customers than the other way round. We do also pay for returns on order values over £100 😊

Excellent customer service
The top I ordered arrived late after paying for next day delivery BUT customer service was excellent and that payment was refunded immediately.
Unfortunately, when the top arrived, the sleeve cutffs were different widths. Again, customer service was excellent and I was advised how to return at no cost for a full refund.
Customer service - can't fault at all.
Product - sadly, not very good.

Really bad customer service.
I email for returned my item, they said they have to repost my item due to a mark on it. I said I tried it on and it is too big and I didn't notice where that came from. And it's been over 2 weeks and they haven't respond to me what's going on.It's very disappointing me because they're ignoring and do not respect customers.

As a first time buyer from the website I was actually a little sceptical about the product quality and delivery. My expectations were surpassed, excellent quality and item as described and delivery was fast.
Garment arrived in a recyclable box.
Would highly recommend this site.
