I have been seeing Shicken Foods all over my social media. Looking at all of these adverts and the testimonials got me interested in trying this, so I took the opportunity during Cyber Monday discount of 40% off to try a whole bunch of their meals.

When it arrived, it arrived safely in a box containing freezer bags, and it was definitely all fresh. The first curry I tried was the Madras Curry; it was absolutely delicious, the best curry I've ever had. Nicely spiced, although I can handle more spicier than this. I had it with the Garlic Naan; it was absolutely delicious and I'll definitely be ordering that again. Plus, it was very high protein, 42.8 grams of protein just in one pack. That's amazing.

I have tried other meal delivery services, and they don't even come anywhere close to that nor are they as nutritious or delicious as what Shicken Foods offers. The next thing I tried was the Butter Curry; that was also very delicious. I had that with the high protein Pilau Rice; again, very delicious. There's so much flavour and so much texture. The only time I've ever had something like this is at a high-quality Indian restaurant, so very good job done by the Indian chefs at Shicken Foods.

I have ordered many more things that I am sure will also be equally delicious, and I can't wait to try them all. But overall, I've had a great experience, and I definitely look forward to ordering more. I plan on having a subscription for this because I'm not going to get anything to this quality anywhere else. However, I am also interested in the discounts because it can be a bit pricey, so that's one thing to look out for. But other than that, I think the food you get is high quality.

I’m sure the curries will taste good, but the long four day journey to north-east Scotland meant they were seriously defrosted by the time they reached me. Now safely re-freezing.

Great tasting food with a large amount of variety. All vegan, which is the biggest selling point. Would definitely buy more.

Amazing taste, I thought it comes in biodegradable packs. Did not know it comes in plastic packages

Always really good flavours with authentic Punjabi taste. The chicken pieces are amazing. Not other curry comes close to this at the moment.

Shicken kebabs are the best, always happy to receive our kebabs.

Really tasty vegan kebabs. Surprisingly juicy. Lots of choice. Very good value for money.

Packaged well, tastes amazing, great communication

This is ok but not the best the shicken has a weird tough texture to it. I ordered the tikka, bbq wings and was expecting more, was really excited to try a new brand. Not terrible but had better.

Great and tasty food and excellent customer service - they always call to let you know if there is a problem with stock and ask what you would like to do.

Delicious curries - Tikka Masala is my favourite . Love the new pilau rice with kidneys beans . Garlic naans are delicious

Taste and texture amazing!

Amazing range of products, a lovely selection for a variety of meals that are super versatile. The products come frozen and are well packaged using a great delivery firm.
