The author of Mr Roosevelt's Case
I have had the honour to work with ShieldCrest Publishing as a debut author, who is looking for the whereabouts to publish his writing that seemed like a great burden to him once it was finished. Their publishing offer was reasonable to me and not overpriced at all, unlike many others whom might even defraud you. And above all, they led me through the way of coming out with the best features for my book proactively. For, there were many stuff, when it came to choosing a cover picture for my book, that my taste did not fall for, which made the process a jot desperate for them; and for me to be able to choose one at all. Nevertheless, we worked it out and I was happy with what I had chosen eventually. Therefore, I wanna say thank you ShieldCrest; even though I haven't gone with you to the end of the road yet, but I am sure, based on what I have seen already from you, that it is gonna be a happily propitious trip; and also would love to thank, Mr Leigh Stephenson, for he had been the only representative from ShieldCrest to me throughout the whole process.

Since my first published book in 1980
Since my first published book in 1980, I had about ten books published by different publishing companies. The last one (Fourier Spectral Analysis- 2019), was published by ShieldCrest Publishing Company. Clearly, the company’s technically qualified staff has used an up-to-date technology in production of such a high-resolution in-colour illustrations. Great success was achieved in managing the book publication work, considering the complications caused by the numerous mathematical equations found throughout the entire book pages.
During the months of the publishing process, ShieldCrest manager in person did almost all the communications directly with me. These contacts were to solve many intricate problems which have cropped up during the work. In particular, the company’s prompt responses to my so many modifications and changes I raised every now and then during the work.
Finally I would like to say: I (the author) have written the book matter, but ShieldCrest (the publisher) have put life and beauty into the final product. Author: Dr. Hamid N. Alsadi.

Thank you for your review of our products and services, however, we are a little confused as you have neither purchased nor experienced either. You have given us a 1 star review without having ever bought an item, enquired about or purchased our publishing services.
Those many many customers that purchase our services would clearly disagree and keep coming back time and time again and they get paid royalties on every sale...
You appear to be happy with your existing publisher/printer but are clearly looking at other publishers' websites, is it just to put negative reviews on them? It would appear so.
