Quick and easy ordering and delivery
Quick and easy ordering and delivery, sadly the package was folded at some point and the book cover was creased. It is likely Canada Post was the culprit but maybe some stiff card in the bubble pack would help. I will order again, great selection.

Quality and Standards
The quality of the book was mixed and I would have thought a good publishing house would have made spelling and grammar errors a thing of the past. Apparently not. There were not too many but it does show up poor proof reading. I have made my comments known to the author direct as some of the details were inaccurate and felt there could have been more research done.

Many thanks for your review. We would like to point out that we recommend most, if not all of our self-published authors have their books proof read, whether they do so or not is a matter of individual choice.
The content of the book is a matter for the author rather than us as the publisher, however, I am sure the author will take your comments on board.

Dreadful
Dreadful. Sent me 3 emails of acknowledging the order, totally unnecessary. Then the order took a month to arrive. When it did arrive, I had to go and collect it from the Post Office as the 2 books had not been posted and despatched properly through their Courier so I ended up having to pay Royal Mail £3-00 to accept delivery of the package. Total incompetence. I asked for a refund and received it but it took far too long and gave me a lot of inconvenience during a lockdown period of having to visit and collect the item at a post office 10 miles away.

Thank you for your review. Our system generates the emails which most people appear happy to receive as they understand the progress of their orders. The emails explained that the book had been very popular and hence we had to print additional copies.
We have apologised for the fact it was posted despite us paying for a courier, it was a human error which I am sure you appreciate happens from time to time.
Whilst we can not take responsibility for the speed of postal service we did agree straightaway to refund the postage that you had had to pay and did so in the manner you had requested.
We also have had to navigate Covid 19 and the lockdown to ensure that your book arrived, I am unsure of what else we could have done to put things right.
