Very disappointed with the quality. The chicken and rice are of very low quality, and the dry coconut is spoiled (rotten). I wouldn't recommend buying these items from here. Poor experience!

Melting frozen items
As a regular customer of Shinjuku, I am satisfied with the delivery time and items. However, recently, I have mostly received frozen items that are already half-melted. Defrosting deteriorates the quality of most of the frozen commodities. I hope the dispatch manager will quickly consider addressing this issue.

Good store, some need improvements
I often ordered halal products in this store. The service is speedy. Sometimes we got wrong items when the item we ordered is out of stock in their store (not updated in website). They replace it with the same thing but another brand. In this case you can ask them compensation, they really cooperate with such claim.
