Very disappointed with the quality. The chicken and rice are of very low quality, and the dry coconut is spoiled (rotten). I wouldn't recommend buying these items from here. Poor experience!

My package was delivered in time
My package was delivered in time, there were no mistakes made. One product that I ordered was out of stock and it was stated openly on the bill and the price deducted. Thank you, I will def shop again!

It was very bad service and even after asking I didn’t get my order on time and when I got it was not frozen and everything was gone bad. And maximum online stores provide free delivery above 6500 or so but you charge for delivery. I think you need to work on delivery

We have seen your order details. Due to address mistake issue your order travelled 5 days on route, this is why many items damaged and we shared with you the damage items prices.
In the case of free delivery, we can't provide free delivery cause our prices are compititively low.
We provide several discounts on every purchases.

Vary good service but prosesing time is very longer and delivery days are late
But packing and all items are vary good
However, after informing them about this complaint they have given a positive reply and I believe it will be resolved soon.
