Very disappointed with the quality. The chicken and rice are of very low quality, and the dry coconut is spoiled (rotten). I wouldn't recommend buying these items from here. Poor experience!

Overall good and reliable service. No product was missing, and all arrived according to the committed date and time.
The packaging was slightly off the mark as the dry and frozen items were together in the same box.

Wrong size declaration
The order arrived on time. We opted oiut of the big size onion and chose a slightly expensive one ( just 500 yen higher) thinking the ones we chose were not marked as "big " size. And guess what, we still got the big ones delivered. So disappointing. Mark the products with their correct size

Dispatch team is not good
I ordered 2-3 times from there site. Products are of ok quality but Every time I order they sent wrong items. Worst experience. They have to give more attention on dispatch team.
