Very disappointed with the quality. The chicken and rice are of very low quality, and the dry coconut is spoiled (rotten). I wouldn't recommend buying these items from here. Poor experience!

The delivery is really fast ; but the products are not delivered as ordered. Recheckinng should be done by staff . And the quantity of the ingredients must be rechecked with the ordered details.

This is my experience after over 2 years of using it
This is a good service, especially for foreigners living in Japan. Having said that I have experienced some issues with my orders (1) Sometimes their frozen products are actually spoiled. this happened to me when I ordered tilapia and cow stripes. (2) They once messed up my order and would not accept a return/refund (3) In practice, their return policy is non-existent I still use their services but I avoid some items so that I am not disappointed

It was terrible
It was terrible, the three chickens I ordered was not as expected (they looked like they were rotting, they had freezer burn and looked awful). I called and I was told that the chicken is "strong and some people like it like that". I threw it out, total waste of money and I received zero assistant. I wish I had the option to do ZERO star.

Nice delivery
I always get all the items which I couldn't get from other shops. Though, delivery take sometimes in most cases based on my experience. However, I think is not their faults but that of JP post service.
