Hi Lexie. We do apologize for the delay in your order. Unfortunately we had a batch of packages lost by royal mail and yours was affected. We did however send out a replacement the same day which appears to have arrived on the 3rd of may. I hope they fit well.
We did reply to your email within 24 hours. Your initial email to us was at 4:30 just before we closed for the day so we were unable to respond until the following morning at 8:30. Unfortunately we can't be available 24/7

I have looked and it does appear the item did get delayed which I do apologize for but it does look like the order is out for delivery today. Truly outstanding customer service from this great company. Having ordered the wrong size shoes (at a very competitive price and delivered quickly) I had replacements in the correct size within four days and the process could not have been made easier. Excellent communication even outside working hours. I cannot recommend this company highly enough

Very dissapointed with this place
Very dissapointed with this place. Ordered some shoes and paid express delivery. That was 6 days ago. No sign of item. They don't answer the phone and only seem to reply to messages left on the website and not emails. Have been told item was dispatched by the manufacturer and was going to get me a tracking number again nothing. Then was offered a 33% refund, that was Friday, still waiting. Customer service isn't the best, have even asked them to call me. No nothing. It may not he their fault if they use 3rd parties but at the end of the day I am their customer, not a happy one at that. Lets see if thos gets resolved today. I won't hold my breath.

Hi! Thank you for the review. Glad to hear you are liking the shoes. I am a bit disheartened by the comment on the shipping time. We did have them sent out same day, a Friday, and delivered the following Monday. Meaning they arrived well within the 2-5 day estimation for standard delivery. Nonetheless thank you for your comments we will continue to try to be our best!

The first part wasn't good had no notification, money taken no acknowledgement, wrong colour, but the main person was away the week I ordered, and was very apologetic, and was so nice and boots were on next day delivery, so was very happy with the ending

It appears that the stock was not available and we tried to contact you shortly after your order to confirm whether you'd like a refund or an alternative style. We did not get a response on this

On this occasion we have refunded the order in full which you should receive in the next day or two.

Spot on customer service
My order didn't arrive due to issues with royal mail. The customer service from this company has been amazing. The owner has been more then helpful and has issued a refund after doing what he could to try track down the parcel.
