Ordered 2 items recently and received the first one after a couple of days which I didn’t receive any dispatch or tracking information for so then sent a message asking where the other item was.
At this point I realised the second item was being drop shipped which I wasn’t aware of when I ordered, had a quick and helpful reply telling me second item would be delivered soon and he’d get back to me with some tracking information which he didn’t and returned home to a missed delivery slip a couple of days later.
Managed to reschedule delivery for the next day but decided to call the store to see what time it may turn if up and to ask why I didn’t get information on its arrival.
When I questioned why I wasn’t informed about the separate deliveries I received a lecture about why drop shipping is good for the environment and that’s how it’s done now in a condescending tone so hung up and decided I didn’t want to give this shop my custom.
Tried to refuse delivery but DPD didn’t deliver to the safe place I’d requested which if they had they’d of seen a note asking for the item to be returned(not the shops fault)
So now if I want to return the items I have to pay the return costs.
All this could of been avoided if I’d of received tracking information and no lecture when I called.

Excellent pair of really well made summer shoes. If you like a decent lift on the heel, these will suit. They certainly aren’t slip-on flats. Wearing them a lot and I am delighted.
