I have used ShirtbyHand on numerous occasions and I had my measurements recorded and saved on your system. On the most recent purchase I put in my height, physique/ build type and the measurements were I assume based on these. While I am reasonably happy, it was not as fitted to what I was used to. I also thought the fabric was slightly inferior to what I would have gotten in the past. Regards, Shane

Parcel was stuck for a long time at the border, I never received it, had to send a mail to know what was going on, only then they took care of it. I am still waiting, my order was like 6 weeks ago.

DHL did not deliver package. Now package is in hold or has been shipped back to you!!
My order is 244€. For this price I do expect a home delivery, not shipped to delivery point.
DHL is taking shortcuts and its affects your customer experience.
