I wish I could give them negative stars.
Unfortunately I didn’t read the reviews before ordering, thinking they’re in Canada as stated on their website.
I ordered a cotton sweatshirt in size M and paid through PayPal. Two months later I received from China, a huge shirt in cheapest synthetic material. The label on the shirt was cut off. Obviously not to show the material or the size of the shirt. I sent the seller emails and left voicemails on the address and No. on their website but got no response. Finally I started a dispute through PayPal. In response to all my complaints the seller stated that they had cut the label to avoid skin irritation! They said I could return the shirt but I had to pay shipping which would come to more that $35. Long story short after three weeks of back and forth, PayPal issued me a full refund. Worst online shopping ever.

If I could give no stars, I would. Quality of print on shirt was horrible, and when I reached out to the company, they said that is the way it is printed. No response to follow up emails. Poor customer service.

Ordered a shirt a month ago as a joke gift for a friend. We thought it was a Canadian company… as it states.
A month goes by and the shirt still hasn’t been shipped, at this point I have already read all the reviews and knew it was a scam company based out of China. Called pay pal and put in a claim disputing my order. The next day I got an email saying I won the case and was getting a refund. Can’t believe I fell for this company. What a joke.

Shirts are coming from China not Canada. Images are very fuzzy and already peeling. Very poor quality. Looks like they took a screenshot, blew it up, and slapped it on the shirt not impressed! They have not responded to any of my emails requesting a refund. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering.

Just want to Thank all Reviewers for their time and honesty. I Will NOT be ordering my T-shirts from this company. Glad I looked for Reviews, I would've really regretted it. I'm looking for a specific birthday present for someone special!

The quality of the shirt is poor and the logo isn't even clear. I thought it was made in Canada but it came from China. For $28 for a five year old tee shirt I would have expected much better quality. I would not order from here again

Nothing Canadian about this place. How are they still allowed to be operating? Based out of China. Total fraud in my opinion. States right on their site "SHIRT CANADA". Gives you a Quebec address, however; everything is out of China. Does not allow you to receive a refund. DO NOT USE THIS SITE EVER!

I wish I had read all these reviews! The shirt we received was horrible quality and not at all like it was shown on the website. I tried to contact the company to confirm the return address with no response. Then, I tried to dispute through PayPal but they sided with the merchant right away without even reading what I had to say. An absolute scam, stay away!

This company is a huge scam it is not located in Canada
hopefully this site will allow me to add some pictures at the end
the shirt quality was not bad this is not a reputable place to do business with
the first shirt had XL sticker put on it, but the tag was ripped off
the second shirt also had a XL sticker on it However they could not hide the true size right underneath that sticker was a permanent one that had one single letter (L/L/L)
Unfortunately if you're reading this it's probably already too late however don't give up go after PayPal for a refund you have 180 days

Terrible company! Ordered a 3X shirt and when it arrived it was the size of an XL. When I tried to deal with the company they were rude and dismissive! NOT a Canadian company as they lead you to believe. Product was shipped from China. SCAM!!

Worst experience. The quality is so bad and is coming from China, not from Canada as advertised!!! The printing is fading with the colour, not as on their website.
Don’t recommend!!

Very poor quality. The logo that was printed on is very clearly crooked and the material is quite thin.
Equivalent to a DIY iron-on done by a child.

This is a scam. Never got product and wouldn't give refund. Don't order from them

This shirt company is awful.
First of all....they are not Canadian as advertised. They are 100% China.
The quality is garbage and after requesting a refund they are ignoring me completely. I have sent them numerous emails about this and they don't respond.
Total garbage

If I could leave no stars I would…. I messaged this company I bought a shirt from after I received it half the logo was missing. They told me to enlarge the pic… it was designed that way…. With half the letters missing you can’t even make out what it was supposed to say it definitely wasn’t designed this way…I ask them to fix it or give me my money back, then they just stopped responding……Don’t order from them, it’s a scam company with VERY poor customer service, absolutely horrible to deal with I will never order another thing from them and I recommend anyone else say away!!! Terrible!!

I bought a shirt (occupy Mars). Paid for it and 2 weeks later I got it in the mail(Canada). Great shirt. Great transaction.

Horrible. Not Canadian like they portray and they don't back up their return policy of replacing wrong item.
Do not waste your money on this fake company.

This is NOT a Canadian company! The company is posing as Canadian and I didn't realize that until I got the tracking number and saw that the company is in JINJIANG China. This company must know that people try to shop within Canada, so they created a fake Canadian address and company name to mislead Canadian customers. It took 3 weeks to arrive and the sweater was horrible quality (material and images) and I paid close to $50.00 dollars for it. I wish I had googled first!!! Hopefully others will.

This is not a Canadian company. The product arrives directly from China (so, I was not supporting local business as I thought). Also, bad quality. The shirt came with a hole in its sleeve. It was a present for my brother, but I cannot give him a shirt with a hole!.

It’s a Chinese company pretending to be Canadian. The shipping times are about 3 weeks minimum. I asked for a refund before my items were sent and was refused. The customer service is horrendous!! When the shirts finally arrived the quality was disgusting for $25/shirt. Material was so thin it was see through. Avoid at all costs!!!!!
