Product comes from China and shipping takes over a month. Quality is average, nothing spectacular.

What junk!!! Full of faults information. Not Canadian at all. This place located in China. NOT CANADA. It took over a month to get here. Quality of the shirts are poor and out of the 5 shirts ordered only one was printed as described. The other were missing half of what was supposed to be there or it had other printing on it that shouldn’t have been there.

Awful business. Highly do not recommend ordering from this shop. They sent the wrong shirts for our Fathers day present and the customer service (I would not actually call this customer service) has been awful. Would rather have paid a few extra bucks and ordered locally.

Absolute garbage. If I could give it zero I would. Nothing on website about being made and sent from China. Misleading website. Poor quality shirt and transfer

Oh damn, I wish I had looked more into thia company before ordering! I thought I was ordering locally from within Quebec but it is a lie and the company is from China. Their correspondence is so poor and the shirt I received is in no way the same quality of what I had seen online. So far no reimbursement. So mad.

Like someone else said if I could give this zero stars I would. Its unfortunate that these reviews weren't actually linked to the ShirtCanada website. I haven't even received the product yet and now I'm not sure I even want it. The shipping alone has been the issue. They just keep replying with "check back in several days". Terrible customer service!

Ordered shirts, poor print quality. Garbage. Would not order again

Haven 't received shirt but when given link to tracking is coming from China. When I ordered looked at location. Said Quebec. Not so China. This should be illegal. Will be getting in touch with Ministry.

The company name and address lead you to believe your product is coming from Canada: Wrong. After ordering you will receive an email indicating the shipment is originating in China. When the product FINALLY arrives the garment is low quality and the print quality even lower. Garbage.

These guys ship from China despite pretending to be Canadian. The t shirt is low quality, the print in it was off center by a lot and not even level across the shirt. I'm currently fighting them for a refund through PayPal. Don't buy from these guys

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered one star is too good for them . I thought I was getting a shirt from Canada , won’t respond to emails shirt is just awful once it finally arrived

Well, got Ripped off. Should of checked reviews. No response to emails. Called them, it's a Tim Hortons in Calgary. A f***g Tim Hortons. Don't order from this company. When I saw shipped China post, I had a bad feeling about this.

Pretty much what everyone else said. Horrible. Waited for months now for my order and still has not shown up. The customer service keeps telling me please be patient after I have emailed them to get my money back twice already. Don't ever buy anything from them.

Don’t ever buy from this company! Ever. After months gone by and I hadn’t received my order, their response was very general basically saying it’s on its way. I still haven’t received it. I have emailed the company several times asking for a refund and they have stopped responding to me. I’ve never dealt with a worse company.

If I could give this zero stars I would. I ordered a shirt for a Christmas gift early nov 2019 and actually got the shirt I ordered late feb 2020. I sent several (15) emails asking to advise where my shirt was then to ask for a refund. They sent me 2 replies from my 15 emails with a link to track my purchase which was still in China from nov 2019 to Jan 2020. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY!!! Terrible customer service, shipping was a nightmare & quality is awful. I will also report them to the better business bureau. This company will take your money so don’t buy anytjing from them. I plan to report them on all platforms I can and all social media. I suggest if you were in my situation to do the same. I hate this company so much!!!!!!!!!

T-shirt did actually arrive but not from Quebec but from China, the print was so faint that we thought maybe we'd gotten some sort of glow in the dark shirt or one where the picture only shows when heated up like those coffee mugs, but no, it was just incredibly badly printed.

After shining an industrial strength light on the T-shirt for around 5 minutes and concentrating really hard we eventually could see *something* and it was not even the picture we ordered from the website.

Went back to the website but it is now "down for maintenance", emails are going unanswered, needless to say, called my credit card company and they were great about refunding my $24.

So yeah, don't order from these guys, quality control is definitely lacking.

Scam. Illegible and poor quality prints. Obviously an unauthorized re-print/stolen design. Claim to do refunds, but do not respond to repeated emails. Print shop is in China. It's garbage and a waste of money.

Poor quality shirt with illegible graphic that looked nothing like what I purchased. Won't accept returns.
