Never received my t-shirt. Customer service keeps answering with a link I already have to track my package. Link only shows that it comes from China, NOTHING CANADIAN about this company!

Wish I had done some more research

Wish I had done some more research, but was in a rush to order in time for the Holidays: very disappointed to discover product is shipped from China for a company supposedly based in Canada. No where on their website was this indicated.

Too bad I googled the company after placing the order. As soon as I found out this review I emailed them within 2 hours of placing order to cancel the order. They emailed me back right away saying that they have already shipped the product. And then sent me a tracking number from this Chinese company name with no delivery date. I emailed them back again asking when is the delivery and they said 5-15 days. I have contacted my credit card to dispute the transaction. The company said they are located in Edmonton Canada but the delivery email came from China, what a scam!

This website is a full blown scam

This website is a full blown scam. I was under the impression that the T shirts came from Alberta but it is being shipped from China. I was also under the impression that I would receive the shirt in 3-5 days but It took 3 weeks. I sent this shirt to my friend for his birthday and he received it 3 weeks later. To make the situation worse, the shirt was no where near what it looked like on the website. Now, keep in mind I don't care about losing $30 but I don't want you guys losing your hard earned money thinking your supporting a Canadian company but its not. This is absolutely egregrious and deplorable behavior by this Chinese company to pass this company like it's from Canada when it's clearly not. Avoid this website with a ten foot pole and hopefully with enough complaints we can shut this down lol

This company is terrible

This company is terrible. Their website uses a Canadian address and phone number, but it is a Chinese company. It is disgraceful they do this. I try to buy Canadian made products as much as possible and feel this misleading website needs to be shut down.

This company just straight out ripped me off. They just didnt send the shirt. They sent emails saying it was up to me to pick it up! Canada Post had no information regarding any shipments.
Don't waste your money. The " Shirt Canada" scam should have made me think twice. Shame on me for being this dumb.

This company is pretending to be a…Canadian Company. But they are in China.

This company is pretending to be a Canadian Company. They give a fake address in Quebec and a fake phone number for their "Quebec address. The area code is an Ontario area code. I called the phone number they provide and it's not even a real phone number. I asked for their address and it's an address in China that offers Trade Marks and Patents. Nothing to do with Shirts. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I have reported them to the Canadian Fraud Dept.

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service!
The phone number listed is for a Tim Hortons in Edmonton.
Items are from China not Canada based as advertised…. Ridiculous, and no replies to the NUMEROUS emails I’ve sent.
Hopefully soon, with enough bad reviews this scam company will be out of business.

AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS COMPANY!

NOT a Canadian company as the name implies; I sent out four emails with no reply until I launched a dispute through PayPal. This company is in China and they sent a grey shirt with grey printing on it. Aside from not being able to read the text, it was the wrong colour and they BLAMED ME!!! for ordering the wrong colour.

A day late

UPDATE: My shirt arrived today. It’s a nice shirt and good quality. The problem is that I wanted to wear it for the Euro Cup final — which was yesterday. 🙄

I wish I’d read these reviews before ordering. Like others, I thought it was a Canadian company. I’m in Toronto. The shirt I ordered went from China to Richmond, VA, to Can Can, Turkey!! It’s been sitting in Turkey for six days. No response to repeated requests for information.
