The variety of products and customer care
I've been searching on the internet a specific part for my shisha - a magnet connector that you place inside of a Mattpear shisha. The problem is that it's impossible to find spare parts like this one that can be shipped to Spain (yes, believe me Spain doesn't have those). So, these guys helped me out. Although I am having problems with the shipping, this doesn't have to do with them, as it's mostly related to an awesome infrastructure of Spanish customs. Even with this problem I am receiving enough help and assistance from Shishagear, so I can't realy say anything else but big "Thank You"! I am definitely coming back to this shop because they've got some awesome things that we don't have here in Spain.

I got a Kaloud Lotus III Niris + Argis Stainless Steel Body and a Kong Razor Bowl. Very happy with the availability (I couldn't find it anywhere else). Delivery was fast, packaging was perfect
