Truly professional moving team. From the planning experts, to the overall detail to the actual move, to the wonderful movers, I couldn't have been happier. It was too easy.

The movers from schleppers were very efficient, all of my belongings made it from point A to point B undamaged. The movers were very considerate to put all of the furniture and boxes in the rooms I wanted them in. Overall great experience and I highly recommend this moving company.

Overall a happy customer every step of the way everyone was Proffessional and courteous thoughtful and hard working. I will definitely choose shleppers again in a heartbeat.

All move expenses - anywhere you go - are typically fairly costly. Schleppers, while not inexpensive, is well worth it.

My experiences with them as a whole have always been pleasant - from the inception phase, via phone and quote period, willing and able customer service reps who are real people that understand the daunting process of moving and accommodate accordingly; all the way through to the actual move itself, on both sides (pickup and drop off) have been memorably sound. At a time when I (and my mother, bless her heart) were extremely stressed out; these people were calm, cool and collected, had a sense of humor and were there to help.

Now if I could just get them to hang my artwork, they'd be the best there is....;) just kidding. A+ all around. Cheers.

We had chosen Shleppers based on friends who had used them and their professional reputation. Our project manager gave a solid quote to us when he came to visit our 2 bedroom/1 bath apartment as we had gotten 3 other quotes previously. They movers pre-packed us a day before our move. 2 men came over and did about 5 hours of packing. The next day, they finished up and headed downtown to us at noon. I was waiting in the new apartment and when I went out to run an errand at 2pm, I saw them just sitting in their truck not doing anything. They also forgot our living room which a worker in our building thought we had trashed so took it. Fortunately, our old super knew the company and chased them down. Our movers went back to get rug and when we told our project manager about the issue, his response was not what we would have liked. He seemed to not care. When we told him the movers found our rug, he did not give us a time when the movers would go back and get it when it was there fault. Needless to say, I called Shleppers operations who are WONDERFUL and understood my concern.

I am torn about using them again....most of my friends have had great experiences, but ours was sadly just ok.

Our team of Arthur (foreman), Armon, and Fofana was fantastic! They were fast and professional, and, most importantly, they showed great care for our possessions. Arthur carried a fragile lampshade by hand the entire time, just to make sure it would get to our new home unharmed. Shleppers handled most of the packing, and everything was properly wrapped. Once we got to our new home, the team placed each item exactly where we wanted it, and they made sure everything was to our liking before leaving. I would highly recommend this crew.

Amazingly fast and courteous service! The two guys that were moving my things were extremely polite and the speed of their work leaves you speechless! Especially since my apartment is on 5th floor with no elevator. The price was also one of the cheapest of 10 companies that I have called, and even though I had more things than I listed to the sales person, they took all of that without charging me anything extra.

Customer service was great- Eli was very helpful and answered all my questions. They (3 guys) were fast,efficient and helpful. Read your contract - if it is on it, then will move it. If not it will cost more for labor. Guys were great!

Had a wonderful experience with Shleppers movers. The men were professional, on time and neat. I will use this company for my next move.

Did a great job except for two small glitches.
1. bedding went to wrong address
2. lug nuts for wall system were in a 'worker's' pocket and never found.
Have to go to Home Depot for new attachment items.

Otherwise everything went smooth.
Two different delivery places and all seem to be going well.

The Shleppers moving company from beginning to end and their staff were professional, warm and pleasant. Nissim, came out to provide a quote based on items, boxes they had to move and was fair and gave great pointers on packing. My building management company required insurance and they emailed the insurance documents with the required additional insured immediately to both myself and the management company.
I had to change the date several times and they were able to do so without a problem.

On moving day, they arrived on time, provided me with additional boxes, packed and unpacked items hanging in closets, wrapped up fragile items, disassembled tv, furniture etc and handled all with care from start to finish. They began at 9 and were done by 3.
I received both a phone call and a visit half way through the move to ensure all was ok. On a day with so much going on it was a comfort to know that if something was not well they would rectify it immediately. All was great, however.

The movers were nice, friendly, professional and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Shleppers without reservation.

This is the second time I used Shleppers and if it's possible, they did an even better job this time!
The crew is always on-time, they are courteous and professional people who I enjoy interacting with, their prices are competitive, and they always make the customer experience their priority!

We have now used Shleppers several times and I can say without hesitation that they have done a fantastic job every time. From their estimator, who gives you a fair price and sticks to it, to their amazing, hardworking, helpful and friendly crew- I cannot say enough nice things about our experiences with Shleppers. When you need to move- move with them, it will be easy, reasonable priced and egfficient.

The Schlepper guys who moved my furniture were professional and good-natured. There was a communications disconnect and they thought there would be an elevator for my new apartment - there was not but they took it in stride with good nature and moved my stuff in to the third floor walk up quickly and efficiently. And they are incredibly strong.

Schleppers was, hands down the best movers we've had (and we've moved 3 times in 5 years). From the estimator who came and was very friendly, honest and responsive, to the packers who were very efficient but careful to the same crew who moved us the following day, the process was seamless. We moved with a 5 month old baby so the crew was very cautious to handle the loads of baby gear with the utmost care. The team was incredibly helpful in arranging our furniture and belongings in the appropriate location. It's still hard to believe that moving day was really very "stress free." I would recommend Schleppers without reservation.

I would be happy to recommend Shlepper's to anybody anticipating a move. We've used them for a couple different types of moves in the past. They are the most reasonably-priced moving companies in NYC. They are quick, reliable and work really hard.

Shleppers was great! I was super nervous about the move, but Alexis and his team were flawless; respectful, efficient, and friendly!

Let's face it -- moving is often a pretty miserable experience. I have used Shleppers several times (at least five), and from my experience, it has been a consistently solid experience. This is particularly true within NYC; I continued to use Shleppers for my last move between non-NYC cities (kept my stuff in storage with them for several months), and while it was generally positive, there were slight inconveniences (unannounced increase in storage prices; slightly late arrival and temporary difficulty contacting my move captain on the day of the move). Still and yet, through the years, Shleppers has been there for me and I am happy to recommend them.
