I have ordered Givenchy shoes from Shoebaloo.nl and found out that the shoes weren't in the right condition. I have sent the shoes back, emailed with Mischa from customer service, but they wouldn't accept and exchange or return. I even had to pay the postage otherwise they would not send the shoes back .
