I’ve had a great shopping experience at Shoebaloo PC Hooftstraat. The staff is friendly and helpful, and although they didn’t have the shoes I wanted in the right size, they still managed to get the right ones for me from their other store delivered in less than 10 minutes. Thanks!

Since designer labels are more into sneakers I often visit Shoebaloo in-store and on-line as well. Shoebaloo offers a very exclusive range of footwear and accesoires for ladies and gents. I have seen pieces here that I couldn’t find anywhere else (not even the labels owns Flagship stores), even a broad array of being-hunted items from Dior, however these are only in-store. A few times a year they have an awesome sale as well.

But most of all, the people that works here are superstars! They are very tasteful, helpful, attentive and go that extra mile for you 24/7. Especially during difficult times you get to know who your friends are. Keep going strong Shoebaloo!

De shoes came fast and they look wonderful.

This is a scam site that needs to be reported to police, giving fake tracking codes and pretending they have sent the item

The webshop doesn't work correctly half of the time: filters don't work correctly and items are not sorted in the correct category. Customer care seems to read their email only once a day and their responses are very short, unfriendly and not very helpful at all. If you are able to buy something you like, they charge you for shipping even for 500 euro items (when on sale) and are not able to ship something out the same or the next day, so be prepared to wait. Overall a bad experience. Wish they would improve as I do like their offline stores.

I ordered zanotti and I find out that the shoe wasnt in the right condition, I called the customer service and they wouldnt accept my shoes back
