overall my shopping experience went well, received a refund for the delivery charge as there was some confusion going on but that was rectified eventually. Shame the Boots I ordered weren't as nice as I was expecting though!

I recently ordered a pair of Clark's shoes from SHOES BY MAIL. I had purchased same shoes in different colour at beginning of summer + didn't hold out much hope of getting them. How wrong I was! SHOES BY MAIL had them, I ordered them + I had them on my feet within 48 hours!! Fabulous hassle free ordering + service. I recommend SHOES BY MAIL 100%.

Orders placed before 3pm are dispatched same day, as stated on our site. Unfortunately your order was placed after 3pm on a Friday which means due to the fact that Royal Mail do not collect deliveries over the weekend your order was not dispatched until Monday, this is also stated in our delivery and returns information on our website.
I hope this explains why you didn't receive your order when you expected it. We do aim to inform all customers that these rules apply by supplying the information on a delivery and returns page as well as on each individual product page.

High standard
Very effecient service with a good product. Only issue was the price of postage but this wouldn't apply in UK. I would certainly order from them again.

Sent the wrong shoes
Quick mail of shoes but they were not what I ordered. Had to send back tracked and pay extra postage then wait for them to receive the return before posting my ordered pair. Still waiting
