Ordered some boots for my daughter. They were dispatched instantly and delivery was on time. Unfortunately the boots didn't fit, but returning was easy and a refund processed super quickly. Superb service, much more efficient than many other online shopping companies I have used recently.

The shoes are not arrived yet, what comment can I give and write about? The tracking information from Royal Mail is rubbish.
Where are the shoes now???

Made the mistake of trusting Clarks' measurements of my son's feet (again) and ordered a 7 1/2 F in a style that they hadn't got available in store, which by the way is a frequent issue with Clarks. Shoes By Mail were the only supplier with stock and they arrived the next day even though I hadn't paid for next day delivery. They were ridiculously tight so ordered the next width fitting which arrived quickly and the refund was sorted within the week. I will no longer buy any Clarks shoes in-store, it is ridiculous that there is such variation between different styles in the exact same size. Will just get my son measured at Clarks as a guide and order two sizes from Shoes By Mail and send the wrong one back!

Found Clarks boots in the right style size and colour on this site after trying in stores for weeks.
Payment was straightforward and the delivery was made on the day that was promised.
I even received a discount as it was my first order.
There is even a Freephone number which was answered promptly during the operating hours stated.
A fantastic experience and I will definitely use them again.

I saw some Clarks shoes I wanted in a shop and searched them online - these were by far the cheapest. Received promptly and they were in perfect condition. Size was accurate and they are very comfortable on.
