Very good service - quick and efficient.
I wasn't sure about using an unknown online retailer, but my experience was a good one. I ordered boots, they weren't suitable, so I returned them FREE, which you don't get everywhere and a refund was processed within two days.

I bought and paid. They didn't even have the shoes!!!
I bought a pair of shoes online, they refunded me 5 days later because they never even had the shoes to sell? How can they take your money and not even have the merchandise, really annoyed now because I paid through PayPal and the have refunded me but I will have to wait another 5-7 days to get my money back. Poor service is an understatement. But they did try to email me with an alternative pair of shoes being 3 sizes bigger than what I ordered and in bright pink.....

Have not been paid back after returning shoes
Ordered a pair of shoes in mid August and sent them back as they were too small. Followed all the instructions on how to return the product, however upon receiving the shoes SBM emailed me and said my name was not on there, so I replied back confirming it was me who had sent the shoes as they didn't fit. After this, there was no reply and to this day I have not received the £48 I had spent.
