Buying from Shoes By Mail was a hassle free experience. The gentleman I spoke to when I had a query prior to purchase was polite, helpful and reassuring on the phone. I particularly like the fact that they have a free returns policy when you order; many of their competitors do not! The shoes were great and the service was excellent. I wholeheartedly recommend Shoes By Mail and I will be using them again.

Free delivery and free returns
It's great to find a company that offers free delivery and free returns. It is so difficult buying shoes online because you don't know if they are going to fit. Knowing that I would be able to return them if they didn't fit or were uncomfortable, enabled me to take a gamble on a pair of sandals in a style that I wouldn't usually have chosen. They arrived within the 48 hour timeframe promised and, luckily they did fit. I will definitely consider using this company again.
