Staff was pleasant & always helpful. My only complaint is there are not enough shoes in wide. That is in men's & women's.

I’ve been shopping with your stores for years. In the last year at both the locations, Tuscaloosa & Foley, I struggle to find shoes in sizes 9 or 9.5.

I love the Shoe Station in Foley! The associates takes good care of the needs of thier customers! I recommend it 2 other people including my family and friends.

The shoes are not the problem. The system is a big problem! When placing an order, what I have added to the cart will disappear either right before check out or during check out. I have placed an order unintentionally twice because all of the info just disappeared and I had no way of knowing whether or not the order went through because I did not receive a confirmation. Ended up with the same order twice. The other issue is that once I do receive confirmation and it tells me I will get a shipping email, I never get another email. Just the confirmation email and that is it. I never know when the order ships or when it will arrive. Very frustrating!! Not to mention the multitude of boxes arriving over multiple days for one order.
