Very good customer service, purchased a pair of men’s walking shoes Karrimor Aerator & woman’s Skechers Slip ins. Both very good prices. Staff were lovely. Easy access and highly recommend buying footwear from shoe station direct in Daventry.

Easy to find the boots I wanted and at a good price, from order to delivery the service was spot on.

I knew what I wanted, looked around for best deal and they were the cheapest. Ordered in afternoon and was delivered next morning, which for NE Scotland is nothing short of a miracle.

Had to send the mens safety boots back, at my cost since it was a previous return B4 I received it. They had fault on them, I did not get a full refund for the courier charge when it was sent to me, only the cost of the boots. Only 2 stars.

I bought a Pair of caterpiller boots size 9 from shoestation direct. I am definitely size 9, boots turned up and were WAY too big, very strange as all my other shoes and boots are size 9 and they fit me perfectly. I tried to action a return and the return Label I was sent was for my home address not for the shoestation direct return address. As I needed to get a return label with the correct adddress on I tried the telephone number on the Shoestation direct website and the phone number does not even work. I tried the chat option on shoestation direct website and the advisor first told me they do not issue return labels and their was no record of me being sent one even though I gave her the order number and the returns label RMA number, she then asked me where I got it from and I told her from the link in the Email invoice she then sent me another link to get a return label ?? SO...WHICH IS IT ??? Do you supply return labels or not ???? First you say you don't then you send me a link to get one ?? I have a feeling that if I send the boots back to shoestation direct using their half baked return process I will NEVER see a refund.
I have completly lost trust in this Shoestation direct company. I do not know if they are incompetent or dishonest or both.
Fortunately I paid with PayPal so I opened a dispute with PayPal to get my money back and that way I have proof of the return through the PayPal system, I uploaded the RMA return label with the incorrect return address on to the Paypal dispute console so I have proof that shoestation direct's return process would not allow return due to the return address being wrong.
This company in my opinion when dealing with returns are extremely evasive incompentent and dishonest. They made it immpossible for me to do a return, their telephone number does not work and the return label was useless and the shoestation direct chat advisor was condtradictory in the information she gave me and the advisor was in my opinion very combatitive and clearly did NOT resolve my issue or facilitate a return. at the end of the chat the Shoestation direct advisor had the gall to ask if they had resolved my issue.. Obviously they had not.
I have no Doubt that shoestation Direct will drag their heels for as long as possible in the PayPal returns process which is insult to injury but hey ho.. Lesson learned NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM shoestation Direct

Bottines motard homme Harley Davidson Randy 12" cuir zippées tailles 6 à 12 Bonjour je viens de récupérer mon colis et je tiens a vous dire que je suis extrêmement déçus par la qualité de la semelle et de la fermeture éclair de votre articule malheureusement je n aurait pas le temps de vous les ré envoyer car je part en vacance en run moto au usa pour plusieurs mois et la qualité des semelles de votre article est si basse elle sont si peu épaisse qu' entre el sélecteur de vitesse et les repose pied sur une Harley ca fera pas 1 mois avant d être troué par le dessous bref vos bottes sont très bien pour aller se promener au parc mais certainement pas pour faire de la moto on est très loin des des bases classique de qualité Harley Davidson ce st vraiment une tres mauvaise qualité quand a la fermeture éclair de même façon la qualité est plus que piteuse il faudra prendre mille précautions pour les enfiler one st loin de la qualité HARLEY historique a laquelle je suis habitue depuis plus de 30 ans et je ne vous ferez certainement pas un bonne publicité bien au contraire même ! au sein de mon club de biker ni sur les réseaux sociaux ! bien au contraire j estime qu on est a la limite de l escroquerie votre définition je ne vous ferai pas de publicité Hello, I just received my package and I want to tell you that I am extremely disappointed by the quality of the sole and the zipper of your item, unfortunately I will not have time to send them back to you because I am going on vacation to run motorcycle in the USA for several months and the quality of the soles of your article is so low they are so thin that between the gear selector and the footrests on a Harley it will not be 1 month before being pierced from the bottom in short your boots are very good for going for a walk in the park but certainly not for riding a motorcycle we are very far from the classic Harley Davidson quality bases it is really a very poor quality as for the zipper in the same way the quality is more than pitiful you will have to take a thousand precautions to put them on one is far from the historic HARLEY quality to which I have been accustomed for more than 30 years and I will certainly not give you good publicity quite the contrary even! within my biker club or on social networks! On the contrary, I believe that we are on the verge of fraud. Your definition, I will not advertise it to you.

Saw these guys online last week and was sceptical about ordering due to sizing issues in the past with other retailers. By a total fluke, this morning I was delivering to the unit next door so I popped in. They had the safety shoes I wanted in stock and at a great price. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely use them in the future and won’t have any issues ordering online this time.

Having just recently purchased my 4th pair of boots from shoe station direct. That's says it all. Good quality work boots at very reasonable prices and very fast delivery

The items had clearly been worn for quite some time, there being a foot imprint in the insole lining and the rubber outsole bearing the compression marks on the heel from someone walking around in the shoes. I didn't purchase second hand shoes, I shouldn't have been shipped second hand shoes.
