My Hush Puppie boots were an excellent price and I was really pleased to receive them in a few days. Thank you for ease and speed of service.

It appears the company do not even let you try the shoes on. Returned a pair of shoes after finding they didn't fit my father in law (who can't leave the house due to suffering badly with dementia) and was told that because they had been worn, even for only a few brief moments, they could only refund 50%. Totally against consumer rights. Never heard of any other retailer who do not allow you to try the item on. How can an online retailer operate in this way.

Nice shoes on competitive price and delivery was free. Though slightly loose fit but it have its own benefit.

all pairs of boots were in perfect condition as they were cutstomer returns. Effiicient courier service - DPD. Only "Blip" is the fees added on by Auctioneers. They are rather steep

I purchased a pair of Hush Puppy boots from you on October 1st 2023 – November 27th 2023 the soles have worn right through and are letting in water.
I chose this brand as it is one I would expect to trust – I cannot find a contact to complain to the manufactures directly so I wanted to let you know.

I'd looked on lots of different sites to decide on the boots that I wanted, then when I did a search on that particular boot, ShoeStation came up as the best value. They offered free, quick delivery and having read various reviews, I decided to give them a try. It was really easy to make my order. Communication regarding delivery was excellent without being intrusive and when the boots arrived I was really impressed with the packaging, quality and comfort. Can fault anything and will definitely use them again.

Nice and simple website, easy to place and order and get things moving. My order arrived quickly, and was packaged well.

Unfortunately the boots were faulty (stitching had come off on one side). But that's not Shoe Station's fault, that's come direct from the manufacturer.

Either way, I organised for a refund, and it was sorted out with no questions asked or no hassle.

I would order from them again.

Really impressed with his boots. I previously owned a pair of red wing Moc toe boots and I wasn’t happy with the quality after paying their astronomical prices. This boot doesn’t really have much to envy from the classic real deal. They are very comfortable and if you are like me that has wide feet, you will find them extra comfortable and not needing really to go up a bigger size. The only down side I can see is the good year welt sole grip and resistance to wear is a bit weak for my liking. But still all round a terrific boot.
