Many thanks to Steph and Paul from the Customer Engagement department who provided over and above support, finding the correct handle and posting it to us by first class, signed for mail. *
Anglian sent the wrong coloured handle (different from the product number) when we ordered a replacement. We spoke to the customer services agent a few days ago who said they will be back in contact to resolve the matter, but haven't heard back from them yet.
